Did a pick up order today and I had to wait 4 mins before I went to look for help, while there was maybe 3 ppl sitting in the dinning area. Then I had to go get someone to get my food to be helped. Then we get home and I notice I get really small portions unlike when I go in to dine we pay same prices and get smaller portions this location had gone down hill with their online orders

I personally love IHOP & have never had a bad experience with their food, until I chose to stop by this particular one. The service was great, but the food quality was horrible. My waffle was crunchy instead of soft and my chicken had been twice cooked and it was hard as a rock. Even my eggs taste like they were old or mixed with an expired ingredient. I don’t expect perfection, however, the very least I expect from restaurants is FRESH food. I do not recommend THIS specific IHOP.

In Washington, I’ve visited several IHOP restaurants, but this one stands out as one of the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, taking orders and attending to any needs with lightning speed. The food is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite the restaurant’s busy atmosphere, my order was delivered promptly and accurately. In contrast, I’ve been to other IHOP locations with just a handful of customers, yet still experienced wait times of 35 minutes or more. I would also like to send my appreciation to new GM for asking how our experience went. Keep up the good work.

The IHOP on Meridian Ave E in the same parking lot as Regal Longston Cinema has amazing customer service. They have made me feel welcomed with a warm greeting when I walk through their doors compared to other places where I have not received even a, “Hello.” It has been about a month that I have been treating myself to breakfast to support my health.

I personally love IHOP & we have been so many times. I can honestly say we have never experienced bad service or food at this location until Sunday 08.20.2023. Our waitress didn’t even smile once, had no personality, was blah the entire time, we felt we had to be very careful on what we said or how we said it.

We walked in today and we’re greeted very quickly and seated right away! Our waitress then greeted us with care and got our order in IMMEDIATELY! Food came out very fast too which is great with two hungry kiddos! The food was delish as always! Nice and warm, presentation was perfect and needless to say we all really enjoyed our meals! All the staff we chatted with were very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely be back as always!

Fast. Clean. Delicious. Great staff service. This is one of the best IHOPs I’ve ever dined in. The experience is superb from the moment we walk in till we leave. The restaurant is adequately staffed which is extremely hard to find in most other restaurants. The breakfast is prepared exactly how we want it and is absolutely delicious. We have dined in several times so far and always enjoyed it. This one is our go-to place for breakfast. Did I say they are the best?
