This is the worse McDonald’s I’ve been too. I ordered the cookie tote only to find cold mushy broken cookie mess. The picture I have is only fraction of the mushy mess I had bc I was eating it trying not to waste money but it was tough and I ended up throwing the rest away.

My name is Liu, and I am a visitor from China. I recently had a truly unforgettable experience at your Woodbridge, NJ location (330 US‑9, Woodbridge, NJ 07095).

During my trip, I accidentally left my phone at your restaurant. I only realized it after I had already driven all the way to New York. As a foreign visitor unfamiliar with the area, this was extremely stressful — I rely heavily on my phone for navigation, communication, and travel planning.

When I activated Lost Mode on my phone, Roberto S from your team contacted me almost immediately — despite it being well past midnight. I’m not sure whether the restaurant was still open at the time, but Roberto made sure the phone was safely kept and personally returned it to me that same night.

At that point, I didn’t even remember my U.S. phone number, but Roberto still managed to get in touch with me. I was incredibly relieved and grateful. Without that help, I honestly don’t know how I would have continued the rest of my journey.

Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Roberto S for such responsible, compassionate, and thoughtful actions. Roberto is a credit to your team and truly reflects the best of McDonald’s values and service.

Burger was so old that the bottom of the bread was burnt and the patty was dry as a bone. How with a sticker for my customized order on the wrapper?? The wait was long but line wasn’t that long.

It’s been years since I had McDonald’s burger. I figured let me see what are the changes, if any, they have done to compete with other fast food place. Updated dining area, kiosk or human ordering, employee will bring your order to your table & asked if our meal were everything okay. Unfortunately, Big Mac & Quarter Pounder still the same. QP have the option of deluxe( lettuce & tomatoe) meal. Meh, nothing change. Step it up, Mickey D’s!

The worst food I have ever had. Food was not freshly prepared. I got mocha frappe it was not properly blended with ice .Crispy buttermilk chicken was not fresh , double fried ,probably old stock.
And the service guy was not friendly and they don’t know how to greet and treat customers.

We told them it’s a dine in… They have packed our order n didn’t even bother to give us a tray ..Bunch of rude and unruly staff is working here … It was a simple order not even complicated … On top of it .. In my iced latte they didn’t put sugar … Had to add it separately… I mean what was that … If u guys are not interested to do your job then plz leave … FIRST EVER WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MCDONALDS…

As soon as we picked up our sandwiches, the top bun was breaking up, as you can see by the pictures, by the end of eating was a mess, not happy cause it was curbside & I left, & only takes less than 5 minutes to get home.. & was both quarters/cheese

I come here once a week as a special treat for my daughter after gymnastics. I always place a mobile order, and the service is consistently quick and efficient. The food is always fresh, and the employees at the window are incredibly friendly and kind.
