I’m leaving this review because of how I was treated by the person working the night shift 03/10/2026 12:50 AM (I believe he was the manager, but I’m not certain). I ordered a large meal around 12:47 AM. When I got my fries, they were very cold. I turned back around at 12:53 AM—only four minutes later—to politely ask for fresh ones.
​I am a calm person and I don’t like to make scenes, I went straigh to the 2nd window, but I was told the kitchen was already “closed” and they refused to cook new fries. I even asked the guy to simply touch the fries to see for himself how cold they were, but he wouldn’t even do that. He offered absolutely nothing in exchange until I had to ask for a substitute myself. Only then did he offer a McChicken or 4 or 6 nuggets. I just said, “No, it’s okay, just leave it like that.” He asked, “You sure?” and I just left.
​I want it known that my car recorder captured this entire interaction. I remained calm, but the way I was dismissed was unfair and unprofessional. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak with someone in charge, and I’m prepared to share the footage so everyone can see exactly how this was handled.

Absolutely unacceptable delivery experience.

This order arrived in a state that makes it very clear this location has no quality control whatsoever, especially for delivery orders. The burger was not made according to the official recipe—ingredients were missing, the assembly was sloppy, and the taste was completely off. What arrived looked nothing like what was advertised on the menu.

The most infuriating part was the severe under-portioning. Fries were reduced to a laughably small amount, sides were missing without notice, and the drink was filled with excessive ice to disguise the lack of actual beverage. I paid full price and received an obviously cut-down version of the meal.

For a delivery order, where customers rely entirely on accuracy and consistency, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. This does not feel like an isolated mistake—it feels routine. The overall impression is that this store simply does not care about delivery customers at all.

I strongly advise avoiding this location for delivery unless you’re comfortable receiving incomplete, poorly prepared food at full price.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years. I’d like to give a special shout out to the staff and owners of this store…for having consistent great customer service, food quality, timing when placing order, fresh food, and a great positive atmosphere!

love this mcdonald’s so much, the fries are always so fresh, i love it then i see it’s the same ladies working, their efficient always multi tasking, this young lady always seems to be working multiple positions at once, fries, dry through, counter, corporate needs to allow one more person working but they always do an amazing job

They gave me the completely wrong burger of lesser value. I ordered (via the app) a double cheeseburger that was supposed to come with lettuce, onions and 2 patties. Also ordered no ketchup. Instead, I was given a value cheeseburger with only one patty and none of the toppings. It was drenched in ketchup when it wasn’t supposed to be.

While I am disappointed, the staff was friendly and service was quick.

If I could put 0 stars for the service I would. The Spanish ladies at the drive thru are extremely rude especially the one with the long dark hair. It seems like she doesn’t like her job. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

I drove from another township. I am an avid BTS fan and I wanted to collect the TinyTan toys. I downloaded the McDonalds app and saw that Stelton Rd had ran out of TinyTan toys. I checked other locations, and this one (according to the app) advertised as if they had it. I drove all the way to 316 Durham Rd and went inside to politely ask to not get toys 9 and 11. I find out THEN that they no longer had TinyTan toys, and that they had run out.

This is false advertising. If McDonald’s has an app, the restaurant should be responsible for making sure things reflect accurately on their merchandise. I am upset, because the only reason I ordered McDonald’s was for the toy collection. If there are no TinyTan toys, the app shouldn’t say the restaurant has them.

I wish McDonalds would give some sort of compensation for this, because it really isn’t the fault of the customer, and I had no way of knowing the app was inaccurate.

Had to stop by and use the bathroom really quick, very clean bathroom. Food was outstanding fast and no need to have a meltdown over fast food as so many people seem to do because they don’t have any coping skills for life.
