The Quality has gone down drive thru wise for sure. It can be the fastest service on Earth but if you give me burnt fries, dried out nuggets, and a burger so horrible that a kid won’t eat it–its all for nought. I would not waste money on the Jets pack or go to this location ever again. *I thought about going inside for a refund but they’re were kids outside fighting each other near the front door.

Terrible service was there earlier at 11am. We ordered breakfast at 10:20am and we drove 20 minutes to get there to deal with a rude Maria, she just said it was lunch time and refused to generate a refund or a smile. We will not order breakfast from this location again.

In 2024 I forgot the exact month however, a manager at that time was a Spanish lady when in the restaurant as a customer with the intention to purchase something wanted to use the bathroom so bad I couldn’t order first so she refused to give me access to the restroom and let me pee on myself. I was so embarrassed.

First I want to start with the attitude the employer had . My complaint was very neglected and wasn’t taking serious. Even with the proper info of my delivery I gave . I was just dismissed with no response or solution to my complaint. Received half my order. It’s money I used to pay not Monopoly money. Let me know if you see burgers in the bag.

I will give 3 stars to this place only because the girl at the first window was smiling even when I heard she was very busy.
There was another Hispanic girl at the second window with a nasty face, I said hi and smiled to her but didn’t even respond back to me. She can get another job if she doesn’t like that one. The first thing people don’t wanna see in the morning is that bad energy lol

Extremely slow service inside. Don’t acknowledge you’re there but take care of drive thru first. No one helped me at all. I had to ask several times for help, they kept saying one second and no one ever helped. Stood there for 10 min before I asked for help again, she suggested I put my order in the kiosk. Then I get to the kiosk and they don’t have macchiato available. Total waste of time. Horrible!

Went to central ave McDonald’s for a doordash order and the employee’s was so rude and nasty the door was open I went in to get my order being inside the girl told me to get out she then started to used bad words and told me to go back to my country calling me black and them a guy came out and he was also so so nasty they are very disrespectful and racist toward black people the guy then said to me to come out side now all I wanted is to pick up my order this is very sad that they have people like that working at that location

This is my favorite McDonald’s in New Jersey so far. The staff is very nice especially my cashier today a young African American man with braids I think his name is jackai. Don’t know if I spelled it right, but he was very friendly and made my visit a lot more inviting to the restaurant.
