We go at least twice a month … and usually is pretty good .. today was bad it took them 16 minutes to give me the food I order on the drive thru I end up getting out of my car to grab it … and in top of everything they didn’t put one of my chicken sandwiches thank God we got nuggets as an extra .. try calling 4 times after we got home and the phone was busy or off the hook so it won’t ring. It’s insane !!!

The worst service. They will ignore you, walk by you like you’re not even there and the minute you start to question what’s going on or why has no one helped you, all of a sudden, no one speaks English all the while they are speaking English to others when they want too. It’s happened to me on several occasions there. Even dealing with the manager, she speaks English when she wants too then catches a case of amnesia

food was good they actually out extra big mac sauce they were out of adult happy meals but it’s ok . They made the fries again so they were extra hot for me . food was good for fast food . i don’t eat mcdonald’s often but this is the best one in waterbury i think because it’s always so busy so your foods gotta be fresh nothing sits long

Management is utterly incompetent. I typically avoid this location at all costs, but the McDonalds that I usually frequent was shown as being closed on the app so I decided to bite the bullet and order from this location instead. I show up and the restaurant is closed after taking my money with no way to cancel the order and be refunded. Second time in a row that I’ve ordered here and these thieves have stolen my money. Will never be back.
