Stop giving the McFlurry’s halfway filled! I am tired of asking you guys to add more ice cream. This is the only location that does this and it’s even sick that you tend to do it more whenever the coupon is being used. Do better !

Very Disappointed – Food Made Me Sick
I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s. After eating here, I got diarrhea, which makes me question how clean and safe the food is. The restaurant didn’t seem very clean, and the food didn’t taste fresh. I’m really concerned about food handling and hygiene at this location and hope management looks into it to prevent this from happening to others.

This location was super clean. Bathrooms are clean. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back. The only negative thing is that my caramel macchiato was not well made.

They just revamped and remodeled this mc’s into the brown, more adult looking storefront. It’s much more mature looking. They upgraded to a drive-thru which is always better. Especially because this particular spot always had drive-through traffic blocking main street. Seems to be glowing more smoothly. I ordered cookies and a milkshake. The cookies were a little over baked and cold. I wish they would keep their cookies warm (all McDonald’s, not just this one). Milkshake was good but they didn’t ask me if I wanted whip cream (which I didn’t) and it was on it. I don’t know why they ever started doing that …

Went through drive through and watched them take back food from the first car through the window. I asked her if she put that food in my bag and she said no we added extra meat to her order. Then she had an Attitude because I asked for extra butter and syrup… got all the way home and was missing my extra side of eggs that I paid $3 for. Had to give my son my eggs.

I have not been inside in about a year but today it was awful. They don’t take your order anymore. You have to a machine there’s a button to press it if you need help press, it was standing there for like five minutes had to go get someone because out of all the people that were there nobody was coming up to help then I order my coffee charges me for extra caramel and caramel drizzle on top also charges me and they give me something so disgusting that I didn’t even drink it. They also had the audacity to charge me for the extra drizzle, and did not even put it on my coffee Attached a picture. Honestly the worst service Even every time I go, I have to check my daughter’s burger from the drive-through. I always open it you could ask for a plain burger, and they still put stuff on it.

I order a sandwich without onions therefore they make it when I order it
a little secret if you guys don’t like all the ingredients , Or you would prefer them to cook it when you or it ?
Request a special ingredient to be added or subtracted from the burger and they will prepare it fresh
1000 Calories added to my consumption today
It would also appear that they stopped using Heinz ketchup packets and now they manufacture their own ketchup
it was pretty good , My first time dining at a McDonald’s in three years
I’m not sure I will revisit this establishment but once in a while ,
because of the calorie intake

Newly renovated restaurant and friendly staff. However, there’s a high chance that one your order will go missing. Make sure you have the receipt and double check to see if they got your order right before you leave the establishment.

The staff here is a joke when it comes to customer service and or any kind of customer satisfaction. Placed a mobile order while inside, not only did they not fulfill my order by not putting any sugar in my drink but when I asked for more sugar she was confused on if I was asking for sugar or caramel mind you never asked for extra caramel just sugar, when she returned it there was little to none also asked for assistance from older black lady with miniature golf Afro anyways she asks like they paying for the sugar when simply had i got my 7 in the first place there wouldn’t be an issue, they need to do better with there customer service the new place is nice inside that is it that is all
