I said to myself, this place just opened, how can this place have 3.2 stars already. Well it’s deserved. Longest I ever waited for fast food just for it to be partially heated up. So what took so long if you weren’t cooking and there was no one before me or after me? Strange. Lady said 1-2 min for my order and I waited 12 min or so. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. You go into the store and no one is available to help you especially in the morning. You have to either call for someone or I might need to install a bell for them to notice that someone is waiting at the front counter. I always order food through the app so I can do I quick pick up before going to work, but either the food is not ready or no one is there to hand it to you since you have to wait 10-20 minutes to be noticed. What is the pick up counter for anyway? 5 times this happened, I am not going to bother coming back if this is the case. If only the Burger King was still open, I rather go there where I know the food is ready for a quick in then out.
This is ordering breakfast.

Nothing changed except my rating. I placed a mobile order to pick up my food but I forgot to order coffee for my father. So I ordered on the Kiosk. Waited 20 more minutes for someone to follow up to tell me there is no coffee. There needs to be someone to pay attention to customers in store. I was waiting with 5 other customers who were waiting as well. I requested refund after their interaction. I am not going to wait another 20 min for someone to make coffee. You need better employees who pay attention to people or check what orders available. I don’t plan to comeback anymore.This is during dinner.

started off good but went down hill fast. had to be the slowest McDonald’s i have ever seen. no front end service. they apparently can’t read very well it took three tries to get my order right. service was so slow half my food was cold by the time I got it.

Asked for a mc chicken with Xtra pickles. I said it says 2 pickles on the board and last time I only got 2 pickles total with it written that way and I want Xtra pickles please. She said, how many would you like. I said 6. She said ok. When I received the bag I said you put Xtra pickles right? He said yes. I get home and there is only 1 pickle. Ordered a whole order they did not put the $6 mcCrispy.
Ordered a mcdouble only ketchup and the label said only ketchup and it still had all the stuff on it.
Good luck getting through on the phone. Goes to voice mail and the mailbox is full. They need to figure it out because this is a consistent issue at this location.

Extremely slow. There was one couple besides us. After ordering, we waited 34 minutes to get our food. All kiosks down and customers filling the place. There were many disappointed customers who ordered online only to find out upon arrival that their system was down and their orders were never filled. However resturant was very clean…so there’s a positive.

I would not recommend mcdonalds to anyone. Go to chick fil a they are way nicer, polite and always have a smile on there face. Maybe this mcdonalds needs to go gets lessons from chick fil a.
I get to order and she was very rude. The only nice person was the one who asked me if I wanted a receipt and be said have a good night. Got to the second window she didn’t even say nothing, I had 3 drinks she started to hand it to me so politely I asked for a tray. She had an attitude told me to go to the 3rd window to wait for my food. Before I moved I askedfor buffalo sauce and sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. She shook her ahead like she acknowledged me. I got to the 3rd window waited about 10 more mins for my food for no line in drive thru. Some little teenager came to give me my food I asked for buffalo and sweet and sour sauce because it wasn’t in the bag like I’ve asked and he just closed his window and said it’s in the bag. Most damn rude mcdonalds that opened up in shelton. Too busy on your phone and don’t want to help people. If you don’t like your job get another one. Would give it a zero but I had to check a star.

NOT ONE person has english as the first language which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get your order CORRECT….THEN they roll their eyes and talk about you- yeah I heard you’re rude comments in Spanish, I speak it too!!! DO NOT eat at this establishment! It’s embarrassing to be this new and be this AWFUL!

I understand that you’re new, but every time i have come i have had nothing but issues. i will be the only one in line picking up a mobile order with one item that i place 15 minutes prior and i still have to wait 5+ min? and today i place a mobile order and get rudely told at the window “ we’re cleaning the machine, do you want something else? when they could’ve told me that at the speaker. they literally were laughing it off like im sorry but every mcdonald’s in the valley has had my praise except for this one
