Don’t expect service for at least 15 minutes if you arrive when they open at 5:30am. I happened by then a few times and only once did someone acknowledge me at the drive-thru, and only to ask me to wait longer while they opened. Other times of day have been fine, orders have been correct, etc.

Really nice updated interior, there are outlets all over the place if you need to charge up. I’m always looking for places to relax and charge my EUC along my routes. This was a great spot with a good atmosphere to refuel my stomach as well as my wheel. The staff were pretty friendly.

Terrible service!! Second time here , first for a personal order (large fríes 10 minutes wait, only for that) ,now a uber eats delivery (more than 25 minutes waiting)… the staff sitting, talking and with their cellphone, the drive thru with a loooong line… second and last time here. I placed an online order and chose curbside but after 16 minutes of waiting, I went into the restaurant to see why the “fast” food was taking so long. I wasn’t even given a reason other than “we are working on it” and the staff is so rude. My smoothie was sitting out getting warm (and was 3/4 full at best) but also the elderly woman behind me asked the employee to help her get a straw and the employee rolled her eyes at a 90-year-old woman. This is fairly standard for this location everytime I go and many people on Southington Talks agree that this location is probably the worst one. The staff is notoriously rude and the food is notoriously cold. Just do yourself a favor and choose another location unless you like cold food, warm smoothies and rudeness. The poor elderly woman’s face when she had this 17 year old roll her eyes at her. She looked so flustered and said “I just want a straw for my coffee sweetie, I’m sorry to bother you!” HOW IS SOMEONE ALLOWED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS! Just go up a few miles and Meriden has one that’s marginally better.

They totally messed up my order when I went to the counter and told the young gentleman who took our order he said that is what we order and won’t even fix it. Then when I left the place instead of arguing I called and asked to speak to the manager and it seemed has was happening so I recommend anyone not to go to this McDonalds because they screw up an order and will not fix it and blame it all on the customer and their models customers are always wrong but they need to remember customers are always right I know what the hell I order for my breakfast
