I visited this place on 03/20/2023 around 12am. I had the got nastiest attitude from your MANAGER ANA. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND IM TIRED OF IT SO IM COMPLAINING. She is beyond rude and she treats her customers horrible. My cousin comes here often too and he said the same thing that she is very rude and she doesn’t care. I will get the word out about this manager because you shouldn’t have a person like that running a night shift. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OR I WILL TAKE THIS HIGHER AND HIGHER. THIS IS MY NEIGHBORHOOD MCDONALD’S IVE BEEN COMING TO FOR 2 YEARS NOW. SHE IS THE FIRST PERSON TO EVER GIVE ME ATTITUDE AND PROBLEMS.

I was a manager at McDonalds many years ago, so I tend to be more critical when I visit. I travel all over the eastern side of the country and have been in hundreds of McDonald”s. They have ranged from adequate to severely lacking, never very good. But this McDonal’s is the exception. Food is always hot, fresh, juicy, and delicious, regardless of time of day. Best McDonald’s food I have had in many, many years. I know how difficult that is to accomplish, the owner of this McDonald’s should be commended.

This McDonald’s is truly a disaster. The lobby is ridiculously tiny and if there is more then 2 groups of people waiting for food it is already feeling crowded. Even at the busy moments though they do get orders filled quickly but the restaurant itself is not exactly the cleanest location.
