Update: After meeting with the manager of this McDonalds, following a submitted report, she rectified my issue by providing me 3 large fries filled and a couple extra drinks and apple pies. I appreciate her owning into the situation and explaining what went wrong and going above and beyond for me, it was more than what I was expecting.
Ordered a shared meal for myself and a friend and both of our large fries are significantly underfilled.
We pretty much got a medium fry in a large fry box each. Or 1 full large and then some leftover.
Really disappointing.

Normally, this McDonald’s is pretty good but the guy who is just at the drive-through definitely messed up. I ordered a medium fry. He gave me a small when you’re paying that kind of money for a fry. You should at least get what you want. I ordered a medium caramel frappe they gave me a small. I ordered my son a cheeseburger happy meal when I read the terms and services for the rewards for a free, happy meal. It doesn’t say anything about not being able to get a cheeseburger versus only a hamburger. I know it’s the small things that we should just let slide, but this is the third time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and they’ve messed Messed up and if people are paying for things that they order, they shouldn’t be getting something smaller than what they ordered and paying more than what the price is… No offense, but all these people wanna get paid more money, but don’t wanna serve the customer correctly

Go in drive through today (7/25/2024) at 4:55pm with my boyfriend and order a mccrispy. He goes and takes a bite into it and it’s chewy. This is raw meat In this chicken sandwich. Are you kidding me?

Love this McDonald’s. Our son and I come here once a week for his Mcflurry with M&Ms. He loves it and the staff is always kind and inviting towards him. It’s super clean from the bathrooms to the entrances. Really wish some dolt hadn’t run over the exit sign outside. Wonderful McDonald’s!

Lady with with glasses needs to work on her customer service. I’m an uber driver and I came in to pick up my order. She as me for the order number and I said I will confirm that once I get the order number. She than said I need to see order number. I said I don’t have you do. So she walks away and says you do. She said my order wasn’t ready I drove 12 minutes and I waited about 5. I don’t appreciate her attitude.

Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, from all staff. Very petty and rude. I placed a mobile order, had my code, my receipt showing the correct address for the restaurant, and my bank transaction to show them. Never received my food, got told “it’s just not here”
I paid for the food TWICE after they proceeded to take their time and take over 45 mins to give me the SECOND order I paid for. As many of the other reviews state, they should get the cops called on them. They keep repeatedly stealing peoples money and playing in their faces about it.

This is the third time i order a quarter pounder from this location and the meat is pink in the middle. Completely undercooked. I dont know whos manning the grill but its a safety concern because cheap hamburger meat is not steak. Have you heard of E.coli?

So basically i bought my food and never received it. I saw my number on the screen that said “now serving”. A FEW minutes later boom my number disappeared. I wasn’t going to cause any problems because i know how aggressive i can get. So i just walked out, but atleast i know that i will NEVER come back to this location. (this isn’t the first time this has happened).

In my opinion this location has fallen on hard times. On the day I visited I had a soda and visited the men’s room upon using the facilities I noticed there was a adult male and female in the stall. I spoke to an employee about my concerns and informed me they had been in there for 3 hours. I would advise using this location and especially do not let children use bathrooms alone as the employees only concern was whether or not the couple was having sex.
