We were there very late after a long road trip. There wasn’t anyone else there, so there werent any lines. But the lady working the counter was talking to her BF at a table. She took my order, and started cooking it. While it cooked, she came back out to massage her BF shoulders at a table. I wouldn’t have cared, until I heard my food alarm beeping that it was done. She continued massaging her BF shoulders for several minutes. My food was cold when I finally got it. I am sure this is not everyones experience, but tonight it was ours. Better luck next time!

I just get a number 3. I’ve been here many many times and the fries are always hot and the burger is always very hot and not thrown together built exactly the way the chain would want it to be presented.

Ordered via mobile app. Two sandwiches and one drink. Noted only one sandwich in the bag driving away. Parked and went inside, spoke to the same staff that was at the window. Explained that a triple cheeseburger, no onions, plus bacon was missing. She states, indignantly,”it was in
there. ” Walks away and says something in Spanish into her headset. Turns and goes over and gets the triple cheeseburger, correctly labeled from our order, puts it in a bag and throws it on the counter without making any eye contact or apologizing and walks away.
