They messed up my order and when I brought it to the managers attention with amazing tattoos, she told me to keep the sandwhich, ran in the back and quickly re-made it her self and gave me a medium fresh fry to go with it.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and a ice water sat down and found out I was charged for a large Coke went back for a refund and was told flat-out no by the young man behind the counter when I told him if I knew I was being charged for a tap water I would have not asked for it finally the manager who was standing right next to him shows him how to give me a refund and then got extremely rude because I left the ice water on the counter and started yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant who happened to look like a 10 year old who can’t make up her mind on what color hair she wants I won’t be returning

Consistent service. Haven’t had to worry about orders being messed up. Only 2 issues have happened and they involved utilizing a free order from the app. I understand fast food places and busy and when I mentioned they forgot those items they were respectful in providing them.

They always mess up your order and most of the time the employees don’t even know what deals are being offered. I have literally had 5 occasions when they told me that was on their board in front of me was not being offered only to find out they were wrong. Always check your receipt here and your bag before pulling away.

This McDonald’s is a typical McD. The employees at this McD are friendly and helpful. My only problem with this place is the food prices. The best way to take advantage of the place is to take advantage of their specials. There is no inside seating due to Covid. Some McDonald’s offer inside ordering and access to the restrooms.
