I have been ordering from this location for years. Sometimes, they are closed due to being understaffed (when this happens, you can’t order via phone or online, it will reject your order on both). I have only had my pizza wrong once in the 5+ years I’ve been ordering. They are usually very fast (I recommend ordering before 5 and never on a Friday if you want it super fast). All their drivers are wonderful. It’s not often people leave positive reviews, so I hope this gives the team a boost. I worked at my family’s pizza place for 7 years, so I know how it is. Thank you for your service. 🙂

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best place to get pizza in Westfield. I want to shout out two guys in particular who always go above and beyond, Mark and Trent. If I see these guys I know that not only will my service be outstanding, but my pizza will be made fresh af and accurately. We order about twice a month and it’s 100 every time.

Not sure what the exact issue is but we attempted to order through the app, online, AND through the phone – and we received the same error. The error does not explain what the problem is and we have tried using different types of payment and chose between carry out/delivery. When calling and attempting to make an order, the person on the other end said she received the same error. This issue has occurred several times in the past few months and we end up eating elsewhere. We will get transferred directly to the store and they never answer. The first time I waited for 20mins and this most recent time I waited 10mins with no answer. We would love to solve the problem but will most likely never shop from this specific Domino’s due to the ongoing issues and extremely frustrating experience.
