Went to get a quick dinner regret doing so. Asked for a number 2c with was a quarter pounder with cheese,lettuce tomatoe,pickles and onion,ketchup and mustard and creamy mayo. I got no tomatoes or mayo or lettuce. We also got cold fries. I’m not sure why i think it wouldnt end up looking like something that was picked out of the trash and wrapped up and handed to me. This place looks like it isn’t ran by anyone that knows what they are doing. Food was handed to me that wasn’t mine and also a drink. Told them it wasn’t mine was told to keep it. Didn’t eat it as it was stuff I disnt like. But I told 3 different employees my order was wrong and all the u did was hand me random stuff instead of listen to my order. Very disappointed.

Placed a mobile order and after checking in at the drive thru food wasn’t received until fifteen minutes later. Was pulled forward on a quarter pounder and waited at the rail for 5 minutes after already being in the line for 10 minutes. Food was lukewarm even though I waited 15 minutes for it and fries were stale. Deluxe mccrispy I payed extra for had no lettuce or mayo on it. Would not recommend unless you like cold food after waiting in line 15 minutes for them to make it “fresh”. This has happened on multiple occasions.

usually mess up orders, and the service is so, so insanely slow. the past few months to a year have completely tanked this place. i don’t know if their under new management or if their understaffed, but they’re so insanely slow. you hear people laughing and goofing off all the time there, but see little work actually happening. i usually don’t mind that, but when you were waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes before someone took your order, only for them to be extremely distracted and not paying attention to you because they’re too busy laughing with their co workers, there’s a difference. if you’re planning on going here, give yourself an extra 40 minutes if you’re on a time crunch

I live in Moosup and often stop at this location because it’s on my way home from work, but after tonight, I won’t be returning. The night service has gone completely downhill. I repeated my order twice at the speaker, yet the employee still got it wrong — I ordered two double cheeseburgers and was given a McChicken instead.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Previous orders have also been missing items, which shows a pattern of carelessness. It honestly feels like there’s no leadership or accountability on the night shift. The customer in front of me was even yelling for her drink after waiting several minutes, so clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this.
As someone who works in management myself, I know that issues like this start with poor leadership. The night manager needs to take responsibility for their team — people work hard for their money, and customers deserve better service and attention to detail.

Came for breakfast this morning and was enjoying my food usually spend close to $20 if not over got 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns and a hot chocolate well eating my sandwich I noticed something sticking out of the cheese so I pulled it out and this whisker (hair) came out of my food I’m still nauseous from it. It ruined my breakfast how many others have gotten this. I lost my appetite I ordered and picked up at a number. This is quite upsetting and disgusting. Don’t know if we’re going to eat here anymore.

This was in the Lowes shopping plaza in CT off 395. Waited 20 minutes for dine in. Provided table number on the order and found my dinner in a bag at the counter. No drink cup, had to ask. Fries were cold and hard. Workers appeared to be confused. Worker dropped bag into fryalator and was like oops. So no, I did not ask for new fries.

First of all I use the mobile app for my food and it never messes it up but this McDonald’s is a exception. I was coming back from my son’s soccer game and I wanted to get him some food. He ordered 2 Mc Chickens with no mayo nor lettuce, medium fry and a slushy. When we got the food we noticed that the chicken had mayo and lettuce still in it. In the mobile app we removed all things we didn’t want on it. Then after that the fries were severely unsalted with little to no salt. The only slightly good thing was the speed of the drive thru but it was for two mc chickens that my son couldn’t eat because of his allergy to mayo and his disgust of lettuce. Please pay attention even in times of rush and don’t mess it up next time

This McDonald’s was in terrible condition. The bathroom was disgusting — the sink didn’t work, the toilet was backed up, and the floors were filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly. The store itself was just as dirty, with trash on the floors, sticky tables, and an overall nasty smell. It’s really disappointing to see such poor cleanliness and upkeep at a place like McDonald’s. The management needs to address these sanitation issues immediately.
