SO RUDE!!! Stopped to bring breakfast for a few coworkers, just 3 oatmeal and black coffees, and a coke no ice. I waited almost 10 minutes to order despite no cars at the drive thru. Employee was very rude when I gave her the mobile code. Waited another 10 minutes for my order. I didn’t check it at the window because I was late now. We got 2 oatmeal without the sides or spoons, 2 coffees with milk? and a root beer with ice. Easiest order and it took 10 minutes to get it wrong?? Unacceptable.

Sunday 02/08 at 915am – I went to the drive thru to order – I was counting dollars trying to make sure I had enough cash for the order because I didn’t really want to use my card – relatable right? Well – I asked the person after I ordered – how much… they responded – last window – so – I asked again – because I wanted to make sure I had enough cash and I wanted to have exact change – the response in a snarky tone: last window…. And that was it… when I pulled off – the line was incredibly long – reflecting a major issue that started with the lack of respect for a what should have been a simple transaction. Whoever owns this location needs to talk to their management and the person who was on the drive thru shouldn’t have a job at McDonald’s. I will be calling corporate later today to follow up on this complaint.

The workers in the drive through were so rude and the customer service was nonexistent. I went with my friends and they told us “in real life, we can’t have a certain amount of mobile orders per car” and we were trying to be nice and the man was being snappy and dismissive. Then, we asked the woman for extra sauce and she REFUSED. She also closed the window in our face. rude. Coming from someone who has worked in the food industry and knows how to give good customer service, this was uncalled for. We had a long day and needed something to eat and instead this made our day even worse. The drive through workers were extremely rude and untolerable. 0/5 stars never coming back!

I put a curbside order and waited long enough to pull up to the drive-through. A person in charge simply says there is no worker to get the curbside and tells me to come to the window with lines of cars waiting. Unless I had gone up to the drive through, I would have been waiting the whole time. They should have been responsible to communicate this. Bad service and irresponsible management.

The staff is friendly at this location but unfortunately the service itself is somewhat slow. We went through the drive tru and attempted to order a meal with a milkshake. When trying to order a milkshake, we were told the machine was down (no worries it happens). When we went to the window we saw a bunch of milkshakes and asked if the machine was down. The staff at the window said it wasn’t but at that point we had already paid and didn’t want to hold up the line. We were then asked to pull forward and wait for our food (again not a big deal). The parking lot is somewhat small and there aren’t very many parking spots. Overall, not the best McDonald’s for speed or convenience but the staff was friendly.

This McDonald’s has been on the Berlin Tpke (CT Rt 15) since the dawn of time. This location has easy-in and easy-out access with a 2-lanes of drive-thru. Presently the in-door ordering is allowed but no indoor seating. The location is beautiful and clean. Service is fast. COVID19 compliance was excellent.

It’s like every other McDonald’s you’ve been too. The food is OK, quick, and cheap. Breakfast sandwiches, double cheeseburgers, and coffee are great but everything else is just ok. The one cool aspect to this location is the building design and the drive through. It’s kind of retro.
