Just received my food. Dasher had to wait, but he arrived on time and requested for my food to be well done that he will wait for fresh food as customer has had poor service in the past. They handed him my bag, of course he can’t open it. Food we received was as cold as ice. Our fries were half empty. I understand it’s the holiday week. But you charged us $18 for a meal and its sad & disappointing that you all don’t think of your family eating the food your serving. I’ll go buy a pack of 6 beefy burgers and spend less and see a smile on my son’s face. These restaurants wonder why doors keep closing. Get it together & provide the service that our dollar pays for. Things are only going to get worse & if you not serving good food then will take our business elsewhere…

I don’t ever rate fast food, let alone mcdonald’s but I had to with this experience! They were so friendly and organized. It was PACKED in there and they actually brought out my food. The burger wasn’t smashed, it was great. Everything was how it is supposed to be, which is very rare.

I used a code on the app at the drive thru for a discount. It appeared on screen with my discounted total, but when I got to the window to pay, they tried to charge me without the discount. I explained that they already took my code, they wanted me to get a new one but you can only use one every 15 minutes. Just bad service, they wouldn’t just apply a discount even though they showed me the discounted price when I ordered it.

Also, in general, service can be slow. I’d suggest not choosing the option to get it brought to you in the parking area if you order ahead on the app. They tend to forget about your order, on multiple occasions I’ve had to go inside to ask for my order and by then it’s not as hot so I have to wait as they redo it.

This location officially has no espresso machine there’s minimal effort in the younger staff the managers seem to be the only ones interested in doing things right to an extent. Taking away the soda machine was weird. The dining room always some sort of characters inside that shouldn’t be allowed to remain inside especially where children tend to populate. I recently got a shamrock shake and it was putrid. It was half syrup half ice cream and wasn’t even mixed. Something’s gotta give

I feel bad because the young Lady at the “payment window” and the Lady at the pick up window were SO nice. The problem was cold hash browns and the Steak Bagel I was looking foward too was 75% grissel.I can’t believe who ever was cooking them couldn’t see the quality or should I say lack of quality they were about to serve a customer. VERY disappointed breakfast stop after work.

I had a terrible experience here. The wait times are always ridiculously long, and the employees seem uninterested in helping customers. I came in for breakfast before work and ordered the big breakfast, but it was clear my order was rushed. They forgot part of my meal, and when I went back to the register to fix it, they tried to charge me extra even though I had already paid the full price. I respectfully declined to paying extra & ended up leaving everything at the register and walking out. They really need to hire staff who can work efficiently and get the orders right.

Haven’t had McDonald’s in over a year because I want to eat healthier but had to today. Needed something quick. So Ordered Sausage egg biscuit and a bacon egg biscuit and two home fries. Orange Juice, NOPE! Seltzer? Nope! Milk? Nope! Bottled water? Nope! Unsweetened iced tea? Nope! Ok got refund for drinks. Got back on highway and the hash browns were awesome. Just like old times! And would you believe that not one but both sandwiches were wrong! Some sweet griddle sandwich. Nasty. Could not eat…. well I see it as a sign to keep doing what I have been doing. STOP EATING MCDONALDS!!! So thanks for nothing! It all went where it belongs….

Every single time I have gone, they get some part of my order wrong, they argue about putting a tea bag in the tea at the drive thru, they have refused to let me give them a code, and they always rush you through giving your order. The location is convenient, and the just updated the inside so it’s nicer but still poor service and the food is always meh because they don’t get orders correct. Ive gotten a moldy breakfast sandwich before too. Very low quality place.

This location is supposed to be open at 6 AM but if you show up that time it says that they’re closed and it’s really unfair because sometimes I use the app to order and if you even cancel it will probably take a while to get your payment back or not at all
