Pretty slow with DoorDash orders. I’d give five stars if it wasn’t for that. They’ll take an hour to confirm an order. They either need more people or to pay attention to their DoorDash orders a wee bit better. The people are always sweet to me and they very rarely get my order wrong. When they do they fix it right away and are kind about it as well!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. While trying to place my order, Lacey was incredibly rude. She kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. It made the whole process frustrating and unpleasant. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her. If she’s that unhappy working there, maybe she should consider finding a different job. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly impacts the customer experience.

My son and I ordered the new archer burger. After standing at the counter for good 10-15 minutes to be waited on the fries were cold. The burgers were salty there wasn’t A lot of sauce on the burgers my son‘s burger was burnt. It was the worst experience ever..

Great service and food:) Thank you so much to “Cullen”? Apologize if I spelled it wrong! We didn’t receive our full door dash order. He answered our phone call to the store quickly and was super friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Made our not so good experience a 20/10 and did it all with a smile on his face and was very professional and helpful/ informative.

Waited for 25 minutes while others after us received their food and drive thru was moving along. Had to then wait for coffee creamer to be changed. My bacon egg cheese biscuit barely had a piece of bacon on it was so tiny. Food did taste good once we got it but we were hungry and the scrambled eggs a little cold and over done. Gentlemen was pleasant.

Totally recommended, i got an entire family meal (of 6) for 20$. And the food was amazing.
And also they gave me a random sandwich wrap i didn’t ask for. But i ate it anyway.

Can’t say enough good about this location. I always get my food right they’re always fast and efficient their staff is always friendly and accommodating every once in a while something gets messed up in my order but they are always very quick to make it right and most of the time they are dead on. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

I know there’s a bunch of younger ones “working” there, someone needs to be on top of them! So tonight wasn’t too busy when we stopped by drive thru., they didn’t follow the order; first the drink I paid for wasn’t what came out, second, they didn’t bother making my husbands food that I had paid for (same order). Socializing is fine but the orders should be first, follow the papers kids!!!

I was very disappointed this morning with our order! We went through drive thru, the attendant seemed annoyed, we were missing a sandwich and I asked for a sugar free vanilla iced coffee, but got a regular iced coffee loaded with sugar…..I can’t have a lot of sugar so this trip for breakfast was less then satisfactory
