This Dominoes is always so good. Tonight I went and got a large pizza and some cinnamon bites for carry out. The employees were amazing to say the least. Such a good vibe in the atmosphere. Pizza was delicious you could taste the love. Thanks again Dominoes and the team working at 9pm. You are so appreciated keep up the great work. Team players for sure.

I ordered online and paid for my food online as well. I was using there online tracker,and at 9:07 it said my order was delivered. Never heard a doorbell being rung or a knock on the door. I went to seenif my food was outside it was not. I LITERALLY DIDNT GET MY FOOD AT ALL. BUT…. somehow the tracker said my food was delivered. I called and got hunged up on. I called back the second time and explained I didn’t receive my food, they thought I was lying. I never had an issue until this. I kept calling and calling the guy said the driver delivered my food and I told him no the driver did not. I honestly didnt receive my food at all. They didnt want to give me customer service number and they didnt want to give me a refund. I was very ANGRY. They eventually refunded my money and gave me customer support number, but I had to call a million times to explain that I really didnt receive my food. I will not be going back to Domino’s at all. And also told family to stop ordering from them as well when we have events. Yes I was angry and still is because I will never lie about receiving food especially when my kids and I was hungry and just had a taste for DOMINO’S PIZZA.

Dazjha, is an absolute asset to your company. I literally won’t even order Domino’s at the closest location to my house because they constantly mess up my order or our closed and it’s just a nightmare to go inside there. I started Going to the location at 2256 S. grand and this young lady is an absolute pleasure every time I go in there she treats me with a smile. I just had their Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had. And their Lava cakes … let’s just say I try not to buy them too often because when I do I eat them all really fast and I don’t need to gain weight! But for a special dessert I don’t think you can get much better. Their service has improved a lot recently. I think they added more drivers or something because my last order came really fast and the driver was a smiling cheerful face when she dropped it off. So overall, I’m giving it a 5.0

Each time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and I always get let down. I tip each and every time and I continue to get the same results. Clearly this was meant to be my last order with this business. I can make pizza at home with proper ingredients and fully cooked each time. There was no love in this and I hate that for me and my stomach. Was it really too much to completely sauce the wings??? Literally no cheese on one pizza and the other has no chicken not to mention that it’s not even cooked through. After working 12 hours and wanting something hot and quick I clearly made the wrong choice. Do better!!!!

It was horrible all the way around. Too well done/dry pizza barely any toppings like they thru a small handful on the pizza as hard as they could. No sauce on the buffalo wings. Waited forever for carside service- had to go inside or it wouldn’t have came out. The two liter of sprite was good. If it’s not made right I’m done with dominos. Pethetic

Should have listened to all of the nightmare reviews on here. Placed order on the app 3 hours ago and the tracker hasn’t moved at all. Called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered and said “we’re running behind”. That was it.
Placed the order before 9pm and it’s almost 12am now. Please do not make the same mistake I did by giving this store my money.
(By the way, I’m usually someone who only writes reviews if I have something positive to share. But this is just nuts.)
Edit: So, nothing ever showed up last night even though I placed the order 3 hours before they closed. Tried again today and the pizza showed up after about an hour. Delivery guy was very nice. There was never any movement on the tracking app, it just showed up while the tracking status never changed. Here’s some pics of the pizza and bread bites. It’s not great but it’s good enough for me!
Will probably use them again in the future, but won’t order in the evening. If you stick to ordering in the afternoon, you should be good to go.

I was out with friends at a neighborhood pub and we ordered Domino’s Pizza. I ordered around 9:30 p.m. and the app said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes. At 1 hour I called the store no answer at an hour and a half I called the store again no answer no one would answer the phone after I called numerous times so about an hour and 45 minutes later we were getting ready to leave still no pizza no one would answer the phone I did not think we were going to get it. Although the app did say it was still in quality control and it had been stuck in quality control for an hour and 15 minutes. At that time it was almost time for the bar to close so we were leaving and the delivery driver pulled up with the pizza. I was shocked she apologized that it was an hour and 45 minutes late and that I was allowed to go on the app and file what they call a claim which is their big advertising stunt that they’re using that is a total bunch of you know what. The pizza was old and it was soggy it was disgusting it was not even edible after we put it in the microwave. so I did what the driver told me to do the next day because the app was down and it kept saying you cannot do a claim until the pizza has been delivered the next day it was clear so I made a claim on the app. I got a very nasty email from the customer service representative that they did their investigation and they don’t think they did anything wrong they were almost rude argumentative and almost basically blamed me for it being an hour and 45 minutes late. She said because I filed a claim the next day I was not going to get my pizza replaced and I told her about the app being down I told her I called the store she said I know I looked up your call records you called the store several times before the pizza was delivered that’s not good enough I said they never answered in your app does not work. That being said now I know why the service is so bad at the store because their corporate leadership is just as bad. This Domino guarantee is a bunch of hooey. It’s a sales gimmick. I am done with Domino’s. The pizzas that are shown in the picture or not from that night they are from a different night that were actually pretty good.

Ms.Andrea, the General Manager is so professional at solving problems with orders quick & efficiently. We tried to make the online order & the website does not allow it. It’s almost impossible to get a discount in store but she made it happen. It is so refreshing to see there is still someone who has the skill of excellent corporate customer service. Dominos Ms.Andrea should be compensated and promoted according the corporate position. And we are always pleased when Jadin makes the food fresh and hot. Go team Ms. Andrea and Jadin.

I’ve went to this location numerous times over the last couple years. The service has started to decline. Today 20+minute wait times after initial wait time. No communication from staff updating customers which started to pile up of 7 people waiting on orders. Decided to go ahead and leave without pizza for my kids. From the continuous comments lately maybe the store needs new management
