if u have long hair WEAR A DANG HAIRNETTTT.
But, every time I go here they seem to mess up my order in some shape, way or form. I’m not the kinda person to make a fuss and get angry at some poor sap who may or may not have been trained well at all. Also most of the time they don’t have enough people taking orders in the drive through, yet there are two lanes and only can do one order at a time while the other person sits in the other lane waiting. I find that some of the workers either a. Don’t explain things well or b. Don’t know what they’re doing. Many times I’ve had people try and give me the wrong order. About 8 times out of 10 they never seem provide napkins with drive through orders either. I’ve had times where the drive through person was rushing me and other times where I can’t even understand what they’re saying, and many times they didn’t understand what I said and got my order wrong. I feel like some of your workers genuinely don’t care.
I once asked for 2 double cheeseburgers plain and they gave me two plain old hamburgers. Ik that isn’t the biggest mistake but it’s not an uncommon thing in this mc Donald’s for staff to have a problem understanding people.
Now I’ve also had instances where people are very nice and understanding when they mess up an order and give me a new one or help me in any sort of way. (Thank you to those people.) There’s also been instances where I had to go in and say my order is wrong and the people taking orders in front had no idea what to do and I felt as if I was bothering them. Luckily someone else came up front from the kitchen and helped me get the right order.
All in all I really feel like it comes down to a management issue and not giving employees proper training. I know everyone’s work ethic is different and everyone has bad days but I find that the amount of times I get the “I don’t know what I’m doing” feeling from the workers is just slightly concerning.
Also I found weird pieces of discoloration in my hash brown (idk if it’s rotten potato or if it’s supposed to be there or what but I’ve never seen it before, see pic)
