These wings look like they’ve been through three shifts, a staff meeting, and a team huddle about closing procedures. These are not “Hot Wings” — these are “We close in 10 minutes” wings.
Dry. Overcooked. Seasoning hanging on by faith alone. This was very clearly the last surviving batch from the fryer, and it should not have been served.
Here’s the issue: if you’re out of fresh product, stop selling it. Customers should not be charged $10.70 for end-of-night leftovers simply because they still exist. Freshness should not depend on timing.
This is not a joke complaint — it’s a quality control and inventory management issue. Management needs to ensure staff are not serving food that no longer meets brand standards, regardless of how close it is to closing.
I would strongly advise corporate to review this location’s closing procedures and food quality policies. I will not be returning.
Wedges were so hard I literally said out loud they must be a week old or something, also cold. Fries also cold and inedible. Nuggets could be described as warm I guess… 3pc was dry, biscuit cold! Really wild to pay $28 for that.
I recently placed a mobile order for a 20-piece spicy wings. Before picking it up, I ran inside to make sure the wings would be fresh—and that’s when I met Zachary. He was incredibly kind and made sure everything was cooked fresh, just like I wanted.
Then I changed my mind mid-order and asked for half spicy, half honey BBQ instead. Without hesitation, Zachary made it happen with patience and a great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.
Zachary’s customer service was top-tier—professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Give that man a raise!
