I live in old town but i usually drive to the bangor mcdonald’s just because this one’s food always taste old.. well today i didn’t feel like driving that far so i ordered a meal deal .. tell my why instead of nuggets they gave me cookies ?? I also ordered a holiday pie and they gave me apple .. this mcdonald’s is terrible

Missing several items, they wouldn’t compensate missing pancakes. I was polite and explained that I had to come back to get 2 missing hash browns that I didn’t even notice the pancakes were missing until I got home. I got a lecture on how they only credit or make things right when you report it on the spot. I wasn’t going to fight over $2 of pancakes when my order was over $60. Not the best experience for sure.

Everything is good here, only issue is the “Maintenance Lady” who comes in at 3AM with the black dodge van. Will knock on customer’s car windows and ask what their business is, puts high beams of her car on people too and almost hit someone’s car intentionally. Manager says that he sends her out to do security checks to customers and they won’t fire her since there’s no “maintenance person” to take her place. Lady has massive attitude (Karen). She also doesn’t like customers parking in the back because that’s her spot and puts cones by her car blocking spaces in the parking lot for her own use. Manager and Maintenance Lady are the issue.

This is the best mcdonalds in the area they care about there customers,foods better cooked and machines are rarely down. I go there all the time but they have a new guy employee at the window who needs to work on how he takes the orders he say what do want and then he lied to me last night he told me they didn’t get the grinch meals in the next day he tells me they sold out last night really.

The last couple times I’ve placed a mobile order this week a decent portion of the order has been completely missing, and the app doesn’t even let you report missing items… Like i can understand every once in a while messing up order but not near consistently missing entire portions of the order

Stay away from old town McDonald’s. They have a bunch of young kids that do what they want. And I’m sick of having my order screwed up and getting nothing in return. Look at there sick excuse for a big Mac? The chicken one at least had meat in it. the burger big Mac the two patties don’t equal one pattie. So if you really want a reason to not eat at picky Ds stop at the old town store and you will never want to have it again. Ask for a Quarter pounder without there sick yellow cheese and see what you get. Good luck.

Overall they have good food, fast drive thru times and decent management. There are days where someone forgets to add pancake syrup, bagels hard/charred, food items missing, sauces missing from sandwhiches. We mostly come for breakfast and, Id say, 85% of the time they have excellent food. Hate to keep changing my review, good or bad, every time so this is an overall score.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered delivery, and the fries they send are garbage!!! Apart from the fact that everything is expensive, you buy a combo and the potatoes are extremely stiff, cold, horrible!!! Who takes action on this??? I’m paying, so they can give me some fresh fries and a fresh hamburger!!! no potatoes from 4 hours ago
