Usually the food orders are right, but the staff do not know how to run 2 lanes at once. Every other time I come here, multiple people are made to wait longer in line because a car that showed up later got into the other lane and they are not serving lanes in order. It just happened to me with 2 cars that were behind me, 3 if you include the one that arrived after the car in front of me and got to order first, and then again with 2 other drivers. People should not be getting skipped over, especially more than once. I’ve been skipped over 3 times before and the excuse was two different people run the lanes, but that is a poor excuse for poor service. They should close one of the lanes if they don’t have the staffing for it.

I just don’t understand why, that seemingly no matter what day or shift you come, you’re waiting. No cars in front of you in line, you get to the window “yeah it’s gonna be a bit. Pull into spot # [blank]”

After having an issue with my mobile app and asking if they could manually use one of the general mobile deals, the staff member stormed off angrily telling me that they can’t do anything and I couldn’t get anything else. I was super respectful and I’m shocked they aren’t fired already. I’m now left hungry with a two hour drive ahead of me after a long day. Never coming back to this store. 0/10

I thought id stop at Hogan rd McDonald’s today and get a quick lunch for my 3 knowing this is gonna be a risk because 2 weeks ago I did the same at the Newport one and had a 35 minute escapade that started at the drive thru and looped around newport and back to wait in the lobby for the corrected order to find the food was cold so I just went home discouraged, today was no different the only difference was I had to remind the manager twice that I was still here waiting and almost 30 min later im walking out with a bag of cold hard double cheese burgers and luke warm frys. What is going on with McDonald’s? My money is not free I went to Iraq 3 times and blown up twice to recieve my pension. I really dont want to give it to McDonald’s again. You are better than this!

Figured we go inside as I am not a fan of getting parked. Counter person was attentive and completed our order in under five minutes. Food was brought to our table. Restaurant was clean and soda fountain was properly stocked

I have seriously had enough of the lack of cleaning and workmanship at this place. Not one worker likes their job there, they ignore people when asked to do their job, I have countless times had to clean the tables for other people to even sit to eatz and I’ve mentioned to the front 5 times about the hot water in the bathrooms being so hot someone like a kid with soft skin could get very burnt if not warned or fixed. And still till this day it’s not fixed. Boils down to this place should be canned for a better business

If I could give 0 stars for this McDonald’s I would, First of all the restaurant has trash and food on the floor everywhere, The service is beyond horrible it took 45 minutes on a non busy day just for them to tell me they forgot my order like come on, And the food is just horrible after waiting around 55 minutes it came out ice cold and the rude workers didn’t even remake it for me, This restaurant is beyond garbage and the worst McDonalds in Bangor Maine.

The food was awful my grandmother and I came down from upstate to go to her doctors appointment. The fries where rock hard and hurt my back teeth the cheeseburger made me throw up and my grandma not want to finsh her meal. They where serving sodas while in the middle of repairing the machine. So they where actively serving soda while people hands where actively in the machine! The worst of all all the tables and floors where dirty. I personally have been to many McDonald’s due to sports, and let me say this worse McDonald’s in my life please if have you kids, take them somewhere else I got sick because of their food and I would not like anyone else like me get sick.
I also looked at other reviews and a lot of the low star ones were right like the bathroom water was still super hot and the staff not liking there job.
Also it’s sad that a 16 year old who is actively in a lot of proagrams to help other is having to post this review.
