This has to be the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. At the same time I could say it’s probably the least busiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went inside to use the bathroom and order my food and the bathroom was super clean. All the tables were clean. The floor was clean. The food came out quick and it was nice. The people seem friendly Has a drive-through and a lot of parking spot spots with trash cans outside. We ate in the parking lot and just threw it in the trashcan. There was no trash in the parking lot either. If you’re heading up to Northern Maine on the New Hampshire side I think this might be one of a few options if you want to head to McDonald’s. It was McDonald’s so I mean food was good for McDonald’s. Daughter is picky and always customizea her meal, they got it perfect so the 2+ hr ride home was quiet because she was happy with her meal. It was clean and quick.

3/3/26, went here with family at about 7pm, 4 of us got the new Arch burger. All 4 of our burgers were under cooked and red/pink.
Ordered on the mobile app for dine in. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes with a bunch of door dashers and other mobile order people. This is NOT “fast food”.
The employee making all the burgers only had 1 glove on and for some reason was trying to make all the burgers with just that 1 hand slowing her WAY down. It was taking her so long to make burgers that other employees were peaking around the corner at her to see what the hell she was doing as they were waiting on so many orders.
This location has been terrible for years now. No matter how you order you can’t get your food in less than 20 minutes. Drive through is a joke, sat in drive through line over an hour several times.

Absolutely abysmal customer service absolutely abysmal atmosphere there was constant alarms going off. There was constant sound and noises, and there was an entire line of people. My mother tried to go up and get mustard when there was no one in line and she was completely ignored multiple times till we just gave up, the only thing good about that place was they were able to accommodate my needs of not being able to have the buns and that was it, not to mention the fact that we were charged and given something that we didn’t even order

Oh my… where to start … I’ve never had more of a disgusting meal from a restaurant. Ordered spicy chiken meal on 11/11/2025 at roughly 7 pm, it was rock solid thinking oh maybe just the first bite nope the whole patty was old grease flavored and completely dried out loaded with mayo and old lettuce… someone’s pressing their expired timer & not tossing old food away!!! Fries were ok but the nuggets were also extremely expired… honestly absolutely disgusting

The last time we went inside to eat, the dining room music was set to some country station where the DJ kept dropping the “F-BOMB”. It was so vulgar I couldn’t believe I was hearing this in a public place. You would think management would be on top of this. We left because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. McDonald’s is supposed to be family friendly. I would never subject my family to this atmosphere. I can’t imagine how I would explain to a child if they asked what some of those words meant. My advice, use the drive through.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that has to be saying something. If you’re looking for a quick bite don’t come here you will be waiting 20 plus minutes for a simple sandwich. Chances are they won’t have what you want and if they don’t oh well you just have to sit in a long line because once you enter the drive through there’s no way out but the end
