The management here is really hit or miss. Sometimes I come and it’s fine, other times there are people in the back just killing around while orders are waiting and waiting. Today the manager and one of the employees were arguing or something and being brusque with the customers, who were upset at seeing people in the back not doing anything while they’re waiting forever. I’m sure it has something to do with how they were told to operate, but it’s not great.

It’s an excellent McDonald’s. The staff is very friendly. The food is hot and tasty. The facilities are clean and well kept. The tables were clean. The manager came around and talked to everyone to see how everything is going. It was nice. I will be back.

it’s McDonald’s but since covid nobody goes inside in the Drive-Thru is so busy that it takes too much time to get through and then it slows down the inside. if you go in there, you’re the only person in there, but yet it’s still pretty slow in comparison how it used to be, but still there’s no better fries anywhere.

Usually they are pretty good with service but today I got the wrong burger and I waited for my coffee in slot 2 a employee couldn’t pick up the coffee for me from the tray so I burnt my hand because the lid came off :/ more annoying than anything

This location is under staff. Waited 55 minutes for our lunch we’re there at ,,1pm almost missed our tour at 3 PM. Nice workers. They need help . Help. Share your wealth. They make you $$. Felt sorry for them. I will be back!!

I wanted to share my experience with Nicole, the manager. Honestly, she could use some improvement in customer service and communication. While we were trying to place our order, she kept having side conversations, which was distracting. When it was finally my mom’s turn to order, she was having trouble speaking loudly because she wasn’t feeling well. I tried to help by speaking a bit louder from the passenger seat, but Nicole rudely told us we didn’t need to yell. I explained that I wasn’t yelling, just trying to make sure she could hear us.
Then, out of nowhere, she told us we could leave. I asked where her manager was, and she said she was the manager. I also asked her name, but she wouldn’t tell us until we got to the window. It was just a frustrating experience, especially with fussy kids in the car after a long ride. If customer service isn’t her thing, maybe she should consider a different role!

Was all fine, but then my girlfriend went to the washroom at the same time as the woman who appeared to be the most senior member of staff present. She used a cubicle and then walked out without washing her hands. Pretty shocking for someone working in a food place. So if anyone gets ill after coming here, that’s why.
