Food was delicious; hot delectable hashbrowns. Delicious McGriddles. A wonderful shamrock shake. However the bathroom was a bit disappointing – looked like a tornado let loose with the tissues. It did smell nice though. Oscar the Grouch would have been in his element with the overflowing trash out on sidewalk.
I have to say, the service we experienced was lovely. The cashier was so friendly and was wearing purple – on International Women’s Day, no less. Brilliant representation.
We scooted forward to the pick up and was met with an unfinished order – a shamrock shake with no whipped cream. Criminal. Thankfully this was resolved rather quickly. But then my beloved Dr Pepper was missing. I nearly lost the plot, however the young man was rather speedy at rectifying the mistake.
Overall, had jolly good fun for a Sunday morning jaunt and will be visiting again.

Mcdonald’s is Mcdonald’s. However, i was very pleased with how a particular girl/lady treated my parents with respect and kindness when she served them. I don’t see a lot of that in any fast food restaurant these days.

No one should have any expectations at McDonalds in 2026, but the Warner location takes it to another level. Absolutely zero customer engagement or care. Ordered from a kiosk that was out of paper so had to remember the number that flashed for a second while thinking it was printing. 15 min to get a fry and chicken nuggets. The dips were forgotten but there wasn’t anyone to ask for them. One poor gentleman was trying to pay with cash and had stood there the entire time we were waiting. Heard the manager tell him it would be 10 more minutes before he’d have someone who could help him. Standing there with 6-7 other people, it was the saddest moment I’ve remembered having in any restaurant. I don’t think they’re even trying anymore.

The men’s restroom sink had only scalding hot water on January 1, 2026. Hot water from both the cold and the hot side of the valve. Almost impossible to wash hands properly without being scalded. Someone call the heath department please.

Stylish and clean inside. Parking lot can accommodate large campers and buses. Very busy! Staff I didn’t interact with. Food is, well, McDonald’s. My daughter devoured her french fries! View of trees limited.
Update: Monday, September, 2020; Facemask required. Bathroom was clean. Fast service. Hot chocolate was okay, though some said it tasted more like milk. Wifi available. No dine in.

I went through the drive through at shift change. No one would answer the speaker. About 15 cars left. I was waited 30 mins because people didn’t realize no one was taking orders until the got to the speaker. We drove to the first window and a male cashier said we needed to go back around in the drive thru to order. He couldn’t take it at the window. We then drove to the second window and waited for the manager. She said go back around and wait to order or come inside. I have worked a drive thru for 17 years at kFC. NEVER have I once said that to a customer. That is so unprofessional. The cash registers are right there at the windows if need be she could have written it down WALKED to a register and put in it. Instead she gave attitude because she as a manager can not multi task and handle shift change. That is not my fault! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Why does this location always look closed at night, with all outsid lighting off (no lamp in the parking lot, no lit signage, nothing on the building or at the entrance) and the shades are all drawn which dims the interior from outside, even though they’re opened until midnight? You’d never know from the road that they were opened at all, It’s almost as if they’re trying to discourage any business after a certain hour and the food and service and general attitude seem to comport with this impression.
