My last review mysteriously disappeared, so here it is again: I had a pretty bad experience at this location on October 5th, 2025. There was actual garbage strewn on the floor of the restaurant and every trash bin was heavily overflowing onto to the floor. I waited at the pickup shelf for 22 minutes, and when the food did come out the fries were cold. The staff there was doing their best, but I could tell they were lacking resources and looked really understaffed.

Nothing good happened at my last visit. And to be clear. My expectations from McDonald’s is very, very low to start with. Went through the drivethru…very slow. But not the end of the world. I was actually thinking that once I got my food, it would be relatively fresh because that was what was causing the delay. I ordered 4 hamburgers with extra pickles. Nothing crazy. And a medium fry. What I received was 4 Hamburgers with between 2-3 pickles. Which really doesn’t seem like extra pickles but then again I just searched Google and according to a reddit feed, I guess 1 pickle is standard. Either way…burgers were NOT hot. There was warmth for sure; but it was the warmth of a barely heated burger that was sitting for an extra few minutes waiting to make it to my car. And then their was the fries which I new were going to suck as soon as my hand went into the bag and I could tell they had been sitting around for a long while. It was as if they were even being kept warm in the store. One of the only things McDonald’s has is their fries and the blew that. Now I am never rushing to McDonald’s, but I will go there but I am not sure I would ever go back to this particular location.

The food quality is almost always horrible and I’m someone who goes here often and probably won’t be going as often after writing this review.
Food quality issues:
Fries at nighttime are almost cold or hard or the combination of the two
I got a sprite here recently and it didn’t even taste close to sprite.. it tasted like mostly carbonated water..
A lot of their frozen drink products aren’t as cold as they should be. I have gone to multiple other McDonalds locations with better quality drinks.
Apple pies and alike are almost never more than like 90F during the night hours
Their drivethrough screens have been damaged for a year or so now which is kinda whatever but might be important for ordering
Oh did I mention the McDonald’s at this location is next to the entire towns human waste management and treatment facility? Yeah….. it smells like poop in the drivethrough… very bad location to put a McDonald’s and needs to be moved.
The staff are kind and I have a sneaking suspicion that the food quality is not necessarily their fault but their managers incompetence.

Long wait and the service was slow. There were no napkins available when we went yesterday. The food was just okay. I wish it were fresher. The chicken strips were not great, and the nuggets and fries were just fine.

So foodwise it is almost your standard McDonald’s, and quality met expectations. however it was a substandard and annoying visit. Building looks great as well.
Luckily it was open at it was wednesday late lunchtime and for some reason many of the food places in town appear to be closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
However place really needed to be cleaned up. There was no one working front counter to take orders. When you went to place an order, it said they are only taking order for to-go orders. And even though heavily advertised (and had a free one in app) ALL their Quarter Pounder’s were un available.

Come here after hiking in the whites it’s nice and clean inside relatively quiet and in a good spot the staff was nice and I got me food quickly great place compared to others I’ve been to.

I thought this place was improving but they quickly went downhill again. Couldn’t even bite into my crispy chicken sandwich today, unsure if it was raw or what. Fries cold, and couldn’t even remember my pickles. They slap the sandwiches together with no care. Do better

We were told to pay after ordering, so we placed our order and waited. After 40 minutes, they finally told us they never even made the order. No one informed us, no apology, nothing. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

This is probably one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have seen in a long time. Not a lit of customers, so the fries and burgers were really fresh. Coffee was really good tasting as well.

I called to ask if they saw a coat I lost there and see said,” really wanna do this?” and she threatened me and it was overall a horrible experience! I really hope this place ends up gettinh shut down.
