Female in the drive thru gave me a dirty look when I asked where my 3rd sandwich was using the app. Got 1 free and bought 2 . She stated I was only charged for 2 I was like ya but I was using a free one. If looks could kill I would be dead but she got my sandwich sent me on my way.

Waited in the drive thru to silence and so I had to go inside. Ordered my food at the kiosk because no one was at the front desk. After a little wait, I got my food handed to me in a hurry. I asked for my drink, but the girl was already gone. I asked the guy at the front desk for the two lemonades and a bottle of water. Got my water and then proceeded to wait for the lemonades that were appearing made fresh because I never saw them. 10 minutes of listening to a bunch of teens trying very hard to hook up with each other and some hurrying out the order for either break and going home I asked the nice guy at the front desk for two cups so I can get drinks from the foundation. He asked about the lemonades and I looked at him like,”Bro, you and I both know I’m never get those lemonades.”. Got sodas out of the foundation and left. “But we need $18 an hour right?”

I was not impressed with the self order system. I placed my order & went to pay w/cash but there was not an employee there to take my cash. After the 3rd time of me questioning my order, an employee finally looked it up & discovered it was in holding or hidden. The employees were definitely busy & I appreciate them, I was just not impressed with the self order option.

We’ve been experiencing a lot of issues with this location lately. They recently upgraded to a two-lane drive thru, and I’ve gone multiple times where the outside lane wasn’t taken care of. I’ve gone in to order during these times, as a robot kiosk is less likely to be impacted by you being upset, and the entire drink/napkin area has been in disarray multiple times. We’ve also frequently had our drink orders incorrect, and just as recently as this post we’ve had items not end up in the bag. Shame on us for not checking before leaving the lot, sure. But I shouldn’t have to hold up the entire backed-up drive thru line every time. This hasn’t been a one or two time issue, it’s nearly ever time we visit. Again, shame on me for continuing to go here instead of the Epping location, but that’s an extra 10 or 15 minutes in one direction when we already live on the other side of town.
