Two, almost three, months. Two months ago, I spent $15 on an inedible meal. I immediately asked for a refund and was told to use the app. Customer service kept telling me that I’d be hearing from the restaurant then closing my case. I haven’t heard one peep from you all. It got to the point where I went back and everyone in the store was looking at me like I had 2 heads. Haven’t heard from anyone in over a week, but this is extremely disappointing. $1-$5, I would let it go but $15 for brick fries, a cold burger, and soda water (I ordered a sprite) is insane.

Keep driving to somewhere else. This pint size McDonalds was a true disappointment. Stopped on a long drive for a quick easy meal for the kids. You have to order at the kiosk because no one is at the register. Food took over 10 minutes. Would have been fine if the food actually came out at least warm. Something was also wrong with the nuggets. Had a weird taste. I assume overcooked/burnt, but almost like the seasoning was wrong too.
Guy next to me was also upset as they gave him cups that had drops of soda in the bottom.
Will not be back. Try a different McDonalds or better yet, go to the Chick fil A in Salem. Not too far away and that place is a flawless machine like all their locations. Worth the few minutes off the highway and traffic in that plaza.

These jerks charged me about $15 for two chicken nugget happy meals for my kids…which not only had zero fries inside but had no toy. So,yes…$15 for 2 small milks and a few nuggets is insane. Did not notice until I got home 3 towns away. Customer care said the store manager would reach out to me and they never did. It has been weeks.

Slower than usual service at the drive through, had to pull in and wait and then had to go back in to get the sauces I ordered. No shakes or ice creams available which was a bummer. Food was usual McDonald’s and staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait.

Ordered a large ice coffee, they gave it to me not even shaken up . I ordered a mobile order ( thinking it would be ready for pick up in the drive thru by the time I got there ) nope had to go wait in a spot which I then waited 15 minutes just for them to completely forget about my order. The woman working the drive thru was super rude & yelling how she had to get a coffee order out. The poor guy trying to deliver food in the parking lot was slipping everywhere because of all the ice and snow that wasn’t even plowed. All in all, crappy experience. I’ll stick to the derry location

Barely made the cut off before the store closed at 1 AM.
Instead of shrugging and telling me “Sorry, I don’t have any nuggets” which could’ve been SO easy, the nice lady closing up shop offered me some strips when my mobile order couldn’t be completed.
The best part? The nuggets were free to begin with thanks to my App Rewards. She didn’t need to go all out and still chose to do so til the last minute!
Give her a raise, McDonald’s. She deserves it

First when I called and asked about an order answered and told me well I’m in the office so I will have to go out and check being very rude and told us that the our food was sitting on the counter when we put in the app that it was spot 6. And continued to say well it’s on the counter and I have had this problem with this location on more than one location. Would not have used it if I didn’t have to!

Absolutely terrible, do not come to this location. Had to ask several times for the rest of our meal we paid for, no one wants to help, so much attitude from staff, and one last thing…the toilets were overflowing with feces…

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I always get pulled to the spots EVERY time I order from drive thru. Never takes any less than 20 minutes to get my food. Even for coffees or just nuggets. Waited for my grinch meal for almost 35 minutes and the guy just shoved all my food into a small kids meal box. All the food was cold and he put my burger sideways in the box so it all spilled out.
