The manager Marty waited on us. She was extremely helpful and friendly!! This was our 1st visit. The food was hot, delicious and OMG on the breadsticks!!! Everyone we had contact with was very friendly!! The restaurant was clean and fountain area organized and clean. Definitely 2 thumbs up!!

Our experience on Valentine’s Day was double sweet when the staff took an interest in our plans for the day, despite being heavily busy at the time. She was working hard to take care of a full room of patrons, with a smile, and much hustle. The Manager, Tia came by later to make sure all was great, and was very personable and professional.
She answered our questions as well, and was very kind, making our date much more special.

The food tasted okay. The breadsticks arent as good as they used to be. There was a mess of food spilled on the floor the entire time we were there and they did not clean it up. They were not busy.

Tia took our order at the register. She is super friendly and absolutely has amazing customer service. The family always gets the pizza. $14 for a whole pizza and unlimited bread sticks is the best deal it’s delicious!!!

I doubt anything could make me say anything bad about Fazoli’s. I LOVE this place! The breadsticks are heavenly and 100 times better than olive garden and i’ll die on that hill. I usually get whatever special they are running cause I love trying new things and everything is perfection.

We love going here! For a day food Italian it is way cheaper and faster than olive garden. Live unlimited bread sticks for dine in. Note that due to socialize distancing can only seat 4 at a table. Only wish there was on the Davenport side!

Why did you get rid of Diet Pepsi. Pepsi zero is not the same, it sucks! If I wanted something that tastes like regular Pepsi, I would get Pepsi. I will be eating at places that still serve Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke in the future!
