For the first time, I decided to eat inside. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready after ordering. My daughter’s fries from her Happy Meal had only six pieces, and my sandwich contained two small pieces of bacon.

Shoulda read the reviews. Had to wait 10 minutes in a parking spot after going through the drive through for fries and a burger… Burger was in 2 pieces. Clearly it broke in half at some point and they just shoved it back into the bun. Fries barely filled the fry cup. Kids working there were nice enough but I will not be returning. Very poor management and a cheap franchise owner understaffing. Try wonder kitchen on Newport Ave. much better burgers and maybe $1-2 more than this absolute trash.

This is the worst Mcdonald’s I have ever been too. I have given this location countless tries and the same thing happens every single time. I am left waiting and waiting at the drive thru and when my order finally does come out it is ALWAYS incorrect. I drive out of my way to Seekonk just to avoid going to this location. I understand locations can be understaff or have a difficult day but this happens every single time! Something’s needs to change!!!

Excellent service. Staff addressed our needs. Food was ok. Problem with atmosphere, high school students were in children’s play area. Students were being adolescents, which was not great for the children’s play area.

Franchise owner really dropping the ball on lack of service. It took 20 minutes to get our breakfast today due to being understaffed. those who were scheduled was doing their best. the owner set them up to fail, and the customer to be short changed. Really sad to see.

A 5 min wait at the speaker while they took 3 car orders on the other speaker, when I pulled up to place my order I was told by one of the what I guess was some sort of supervisor togo back through the drive thru and order again, then someone higher than him stepped in took my order then proceeded to tell me to pull up and wait some more, I will never be back, I’d rather drive to Newport Ave or seekonk even. Absolutely terrible

Very clean, friendly atmosphere, welcoming. I dined in and the staff checked on me, to make sure I had everything I needed. The Obstacle looks well organized and welcoming for children to play. Definitely would recommend this McDonald’s
