Serving customers day old guacamole and making us pay full price for it. Refused to make any kind of apology or correct the issue. Asked if i could get a serving from the to go area or if they had a fresh batch, neither was accommodated. Staff stated that it would take 30 minutes to make a new batch and was very dismissive and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Also didn’t have brown rice, black beans, or fajita veggies. There’s no reason that they should not have the food prepared before lunch rush. Let us stand in a line for 20 minutes to find out that what you came for is not available or not quality. And this is not the first time I have had an issue at this location, but I should not have to travel 30 minutes just to go to a better location because this one doesn’t care to keep to standards.

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The service is horrible. The last time I went, they had no veggies made and only a 1/2 pan of chicken, no steak. I went back today, only 1/3 of a pan of chicken, NO OTHER MEATS at 12:30, LUNCH TIME! And it’s COLD. holding food is supposed to be 130 deg. Never going back.

I would like to blame this horrible experience on lack of staff however, there were 5 employees working and only one person was making food. The line was out the door and to say the restaurant was disgusting would be an understatement. not a single table was clean, the register counter was covered in food, the trash cans were overflowing. They were out of black beans, no hot honey chicken was made, our bag of chips had maybe 10 chips crushed at the bottom, and the girl said they ran out of the new Adobo Ranch earlier in the day and didn’t make more. The restrooms were out of everything and were not clean, the drink station had water all over it covering the utensils and sugar packets.

My family and I walked into the location off of 17 in N Myrtle and upon seeing us the girl behind the counter immediately said that she had just cleaned all the tables and they’d only allow to go that no one can eat in the restaurant bc it was clean. So we left and went to McAllisters next door much more friendly and better customer service

As a frequent Chipotle eater, I am appalled at the rude service and food quality. My friend and I are as close to a chipotle connoisseur as it gets, and our usual bowl… became disgusting. Our chicken was burnt to a crisp (as pictured), which ruined the flavor of our bowl. The only thing that can mask the burnt flavor of the chicken, was the rice, which was dry and minimal. The lettuce was wilted, I did not order a bowl to be given days old food. I expect the high quality food that Chipotle has advertised. In addition to my awful food, the service was preposterous. The workers were so rude to the young gentleman in front of us, rolling their eyes and ignoring their request for a fork for their food. As an incoming college student, I am looking for convenient, quality food for me to spend my money on. This company has lost my trust and therefore my business.

This was the worst meal experience I’ve ever had. Prices listed online did not match what they charged. I ordered the steak high protein crispy tacos, they had no shells, when looking, someone in the back said somebody must have dropped them again. I accepted the soft ones and as the server was making them she said there was a up charge for the extra meat, she put pork instead of steak, there was no fajita veggies available, she scraped three tbs of quacamole out of the empty tin for another up charge of $2.50+. The tacos were sloppy and cold.
Our bill came to nearly $50 for 3 tacos, a berrito, and 2 med cokes. As my wife started to pay with cash the cashier stated that they had no change and expected her to say ‘keep the change’ so she paid with a card.
If Chipotle doesn’t close this place, the health dept might.
I used to like this restaurant chain. I guess the new TV ad campaign is just BS when it comes to the NMB, SC location

Went in an hour and 15 minutes before it close. Every protein looked hard as a rock. The rice and the beans looked like a picture of the Grand canyon. The guy told me I just work here man. We’re almost closed. I said you’re not almost closed. You’re open for over an hour. I said just forget about it..
Went back to try it a second time. Months later 3 hours before close again. Everything hard as a rock and empty. They kept on putting new stuff on top of old stuff, places filthy and disgusting. For god sakes change out your pans at least every couple hours. The food looks appalling. Service was good but I had to wait for them to cook meat. Had to wait for them to cook vegetables. Had to wait for them to cook fajita stuff and the beans I just stayed away from because it looked like the Grand canyon. This will be the last time I ever go into this Chipotle

Portions are abnormally small (I’m not one to usually complain about this but VERY small. I think because they run out of everything…. Make more?), particular employees give attitude (while others are lovely) and this is a large guac…..? She scooped once. Picture doesn’t fully show how little is in the cup. If I paid for a cup I want a cup

I come to this chipotle location , when I have to & always have a good experience until today – two employees making fun or customers and laughing (instead of having a clean work station and getting peoples orders correct) . After making eye contact with the girl several times she then said something about my “face” to her co worker standing near the register , to which they both bursted out laughing . Now i will said I don’t care I’m gorgeous , but however in the future , teach these employees that someone much fragile than me could’ve been in this position & it could literally send them over the edge . ***R.I.P. Jaylen*** – go to the back if you want to talk about someone , everything isn’t always funny and sometimes having a bit of decorum at your job could go a long way! ** my friends didn’t end up eating I still got mine to go!***

Service was so slow. I’m editing this now but it was last night around 7. I stood in line with only 3 people in front of me for 30 plus minutes. People kept coming in because it didn’t look busy and would just end up leaving. There was only one worker making food but also wasn’t crowded. When it came time to check out the worker doing online orders was checking out the two people in front of me and then just walked away without even noticing how long id been standing there. My one burrito bowl was sitting on the counter already made for almost 10 minutes. No sense of urgency or care for customers waiting
