For years this place has had worst customer service of any fast food establishment I’ve been to! Everyone has a duty w look on their face. They never say anything through drive through. Never anything like “you’re all set” or anything. Just terrible hires and worst training. The manager should be let go or retrained immediately. Owner should just drive through his whole drive through and see the terrible service. How about a “you’re all set thanks” just hand the the change dirty look and nothing have you the food dirty look and shut the door. You have to ask and confirm if all set. It’s only this place. Definitely starts with ownership and the manager

Went there last night — ordered two large fries and got what looked like smalls. Paid for three sweet and sour sauces and still had to ask for them. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but this keeps happening at this location. The fries were so laughably small I had to take a photo. Do better McDonald’s Reservoir!

Was at the bank so wanted something quick to eat. Waited in drive through paid almost $6 for a large fry because the app is trash. Purchase $12 in food asked for a honey mustard was told I needed to pay the $.27, I just purchased $12 in food yall can’t give up one sauce packet?

Went to Mc Donald’s to order two double cheeseburgers without pickle and diet coke without ice. Received the burgers loaded with pickles and to my amazement, mayonnaise. Also, coke was filled to the rim with ice. This isn’t the first time it has happened. I keep going back which is stupidly on my part. Time to move on to another fast food location to see if they can get my order correct.

I don’t normally write reviews nor do I normally have a problem with this mc Donald’s, but this pissed me off. I got a bacon and cheese quarter pounder that didn’t have onions and had ONE single pickle on it. If you’re going to charge me $6 at least give me everything that comes on it.

Ordered a mobile order and accidentally placed it for pickup. I work with with special needs people so I couldn’t leave the car, and they refused to just give me the order and demanded I go inside even after I explained that.

Awesome new concept!! Self check out kiosk. Place your order step by step instructions. You can custom tailor your order, use coupons from the McDonalds app. You can use apple pay, Samsung pay, cash, or cc. If your dining in, grab a number and the receipt once done paying. Cash payments you have to go to the register with receipt. If you used cc then you take your number and pick a seat. An employee will bring your order to the table. Awesome concept but computer age is sure taking over.
