We’ve been here a lot and it was always a great experience but the last 4 visits have been anything but great. There’s 6 or 7 employees but the bartender seems to be the only actually doing anything. Which would explain why they’re have been less than friendly. It’s 5-10 minutes before a hostess greets you. 50% of the tables have dirty plates on them. This visit, the manager just stacked all the plates up on the tables but never actually cleared them. We currently have 8 empty cups on our table since they were never taken. I get their are staff shortages but seems like there are enough workers, just no one is working.

Came in for dinner. Me and my family were sat next to a table of 6 boys who had food brought to them multiple times in the 45 minutes we were seated (they ordered the endless boneless wings). It took our waitress 15 minutes to come over to “greet” us. Her greeting was “do you know what want to order?” We ordered the 2 for 30 with boneless wings as the appetizer and then we spent the next half hour watching as plate after plate of wings was brought out for the other table. We were on a time crunch as I was on my lunch break from work so we asked to cancel our order and leave which then prompted for the manager to come out with all of our food. Too little too late. We sent it back and left. This is a regular occurrence with this specific location and I’ve finally had enough. The staff told us that they “were extremely busy (there was maybe 10 other tables) and short staffed in the kitchen (which I understand)”. There is no excuse for a meal for 3 to take 50 minutes but a table of 6 to get 4 rounds of food.

This place has terrible food and terrible service. My fries were obviously left under a heat lamp for hours. We waited forever for both the appetizer and our main courses, and the latter weren’t even done right. The meat in my burger was bland. They didn’t even ask if I wanted pink or no pink in my burger. My brother had the same problem with his food. My dad had the same problems and then some. He asked for no salt on his fries, and the ones he got were super salty. When we brought up the problems to the waitress, she acted like we had blamed her directly for the quality of the food. She brought out freshly cooked fries a while later, but they still had salted my dad’s. The appetizer was good, and the only main course they didn’t mess up was my mom’s French onion soup. We are never going here again.

This location is harder to find then some of the other Applebee’s location are it is sandwiched in the back of the Avon Commons between Home Depot and Kohl’s department store. When you arrive there is plenty of room for parking. This location is handicap accessible. You are great but there friendly staff who will then start whatever great meal or meals you decide to order. Great place to relax and enjoy your self.

The food was very terrible cold coffee, too cold coffee’s food was dry as a bone had no flavor shrimp is nasty hard in and they didn’t give us any ranch bad service took it at least 60 minutes to get food the way to go to very snotty to us whenever we asked to get another coffee oh and not to add it to the bill whenever it’s another coffee was cold. She had a snotty attitude.

Our waitress Alexandria is our favorite part about going because the food isn’t consistent but today was a decent day almost like they are getting better. However the constant changing of things from management has it to irritating to come in.
