The worst drive thru experience I was met with attitude from the pink haired staff and my food was messed up and when I returned to the drive thru I was met with condescending and rude remarks including “That’s not my problem.” On top of that when I was handed the burger it was thrown into my car with no regard for the quality. Horrible customer service will not be returning until appropriate changes are made.

This location was only open for drive-thru when I visited. It appears to be remodeling inside. You can see some contractor materials in some of the images. That said, the drive-thru is pumping along at a good pace, and food is still getting out to the masses. I didn’t eat here, so I can’t, in all fairness, give a true assessment. It appears externally to be a fast efficient and tidy location.

Fast food prices, fast food quality, anything but fast. In the time it took me to wait in line, place my order, and then drive to the side to wait for my hamburger I could have gone to a sit down restaurant. My order was two double cheeseburgers. I got here at 6:45. It is not 7:10 and I’m still waiting.

The staff at this particular location are very professional, I recommend it over every other R. I. Location. The night crew should all be give a holiday bonus and acknowledged. Absolutely make me forget about every bias experience I have had with the other McDonald’s.

Bunch of careless workers in there, especially the so called manager. The guy doesn’t even pay attention to the food for the cars they have park on the side. How do you direct 4 cars in a row to park on the side to wait for food? I had to go in and get my food that was sitting in the bag already. These people cant even become successful fast food workers never mind trying for better careers. Get rid of everybody and shut this location down
