Never had a bad time at 5 guys, until today.
Overcooked fries and/or dirty oil.
Bacon burger was missing bacon. Chess was barely melted. Burger was cold. Jalapenos the size of the moon, roughly half an inch thick!
When I brought the burger up they gave me a side of bacon, and side of shitty attitude.The bacon was probably cold. Idk. I wasnt playing Build-a-burger.
Their unable to refund tips? That was for GOOD service.
I could feel it in the air when I walked in that this location is off.

I went to Five Guys yesterday and it was really good!
Joseph took care of us, and he was super kind and professional. The food was, as always, delicious .
The only thing I didn’t like was that two of the chefs were talking the whole time, and it was a bit uncomfortable to see Joseph trying to speak with them about work while they just kept chatting. I stayed around 40 minutes, and they never stopped talking.
Still, Joseph’s service was excellent .

5 guys is a can’t miss burger place, meaning, you can’t go we if you are craving a burger, one catch they are a bit pricey you can spend 30 bucks easy on a family lunch, but if you have it to spend it is definitely worth it. My German shepherd will not eat any other beef burger other than 5 guys she smells it and if it is not 5 guys, she smells it and rolls her eyes and turns her head like really I’m not eating that crap but when its 5 guys she is all in with her tail wagging

Five Guys came along just when it was needed. Everyone was tired of McDonald’s, and Burger King, and their kind. Worse than tired – people were annoyed, irritated, disgusted even! But there were no other options. No new burger joints that offered better alternatives.
Then our heroes arrived. Five of them, of course! The first Five Guys opened on South Parker Road. It was a bit too far for me, although I made it there once in a while. Now there’s this one – on South Colorado Boulevard. So convenient!
Before they ever opened in Colorado, good stories about Five Guys were spread by word-of-mouth and online posts. I’m happy to tell you that the rumors were true! That feeling you first had from McDonald’s or Wendy’s a long time ago, but thought had perhaps vanished forever? It’s alive and well at Five Guys. The burgers and fries taste really good – the same way I suppose a Big Mac or a Whopper first tasted to previous burger-buying generations.
The Five Guys philosophy has been justly lauded (again, by word-of-mouth and online posts). I can tell you that, in my view, their approach works well. My only advice is to order less than you might think. Even a small order of fries is a lot at this place!

The pictures don’t do it justice. I come here about once a month when I want that burger fix. You can really taste the freshness; and the place is packed with potato bags to show you the potatoes they are using that day and where they came from. The fries really are fried to Perfection, and they fill up the bag with them, too. It is worth the price for the quality of the food. There are boxes of peanuts for you to snack on for free while waiting for your food.

Five guys is good for a burger and they give you loads of fries. I also like the strawberry shake sometimes. I was a bit sticker shocked the last time I got a meal for just myself and it was $25. Inflation is hard for everyone.

I placed an order for delivery at 11:10 and they closed at 12 and when my delivery guy got there at 11:30 they told him they were canceling my order since theyre going to be closing. Why advertise youre open until 12 when youre not going to accept an order at 11:10 and wait for the delivery guy to get there to cancel it? Smh. Im also a nursing mother to a newborn so it sucks I missed out on ordering from somewhere else and had to wait even longer for food when im exhausted and starving.

The cheeseburgers and cheese hot dogs here are tasty, and they have great hand-cut fries also. The burgers are big though, make sure to tell them if you only want a single. If you are craving a burger this is your spot
