Had to call out to workers to come to take my order. Girl was playing with her hair while waiting to bring my order from the kitchen to the counter. The glass on the doors was filthy. My wife’s burger was all wrong. She ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and no onions. It came out with cheese and nothing else.

The store had its lights off at 9 when they close at 11 most of the employees were out side smoking. The female taking the order was rude and rushed even though we were the only customers. My burger was cold and the bun stale like it had sat out all day and we requested extra pickles they slapped ice cold pickles on a cold burger on a stale bun and sold it to me. We are traveling and went to McDonald’s because you can usually count on them all being close to the same. This was expensive for us to toss in the trash and have nothing to eat while on the road. Very disappointing

In the drive through for 15 minutes is just ridiculous there’s no need for that i dont understand what takes so long whether you go inside or the drive through it takes forever even when its slow. The drive through is supposed to be quicker snd more convenient all it did was annoy me that I had to sit in line and wait as long as I did for no reason.

ordered inside, took awhile an it was empty ….to food to go …15 mins done the road , checked order, 3 items missing!! turned the car around an went back with receipt , girl at counter that put my order together the first time, didn’t care. . no apology just threw the items in a bag an handed it to me, won’t be visiting this place any time soon an will post on social media

The older woman at the drive through is so kind! She made my day today when I asked for ranch and she came out with some buffalo too and told me they taste really good if you mix them. She deserves a raise!

This location is terrible. Constantly forgets things. Fries and nuggets were ice cold(has happened more than once) & they lock their doors early (I was there at 7pm, sign says dining room is open until 11pm) forcing you to go through their extremely slow drive through. Manager on shift had attitude when asked why doors were locked. Will not be back

The eldely manager in the morning is fine, the younger managers are setting the orders as being served when they should still be in progress. You need a district manager to investigate.

We used the drive-through. The woman said goodbye and closed the window. My husband had to knock to get her attention. He requested our sodas. 2 Cokes. She fills the cups and hands them over. The window closes. We got her attention again and asked for straws. She handed them to us. We were back on the highway and I realized one Coke was diet.
I needed to wipe some sauce off my hands, no napkins.
We have been to this McDonald’s many times. This was a unique experience.
Decades ago they gave us 3 cold cheeseburgers.
