It’s attached to a gas station convenience store so they loose a couple stars for that. But they uphopld the highest standards of Jack in the Box and I make it a point to stop whenever I am in Seguin. If you would like this Southern California fast food prepared and served correctly, go here when you’re in Texas.

Worst Jack in the box in town if you want Jack in the box go to the other one this place is disgusting I had to use the bathroom and couldn’t even sit on the toilet it was so filthy the bathroom also smelled terribly. The sitting area wasn’t clean either and there was a moth flying around. When I ordered my food I asked for curly fries the guy working the counter didn’t inform me they didn’t have any and on my burger I asked for no tomatoes or ketchup they left the tomatoes off but drowned it in ketchup I have a stomach ulcer so I can’t have anything acidic the fries were cold and cooked in old oil even my mom said her hash brown tasted funny I tried a bite of it and it tasted like they cooked it in the same oil with the fries. Hours later I had a terrible stomach ache not just from eating the burger but from the fries

My coworkers and I stopped here for dinner after a hectic day of work on Friday. We came inside and Roman was absolutely busting his ass getting orders out, taking orders, and being super cordial with us and patient while we were being indecisive. My coworker asked for iced coffee and he was honest in telling her they only had a little bit left but he’d do his best to make it for her. There was a slight wait, but with a sincere apology and a smile. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Roman is a hard worker and we appreciate his customer service! Thank you Roman and the rest of the staff for making it worthwhile!

Just paid $7.35 for a sourdough Jack that tasted disgusting. I only took 3 tiny bites before I thought I was going to vomit. One side was not toasted, it looked like the butt end of the bread, but both were soggy like it had been sitting around for awhile. I asked for no tomato, so I would imagine a fresh sandwich, but I’m pretty sure they just gave me one that was sitting around, removed the tomato & slapped on a piece of untoasted bread. I planned to take the survey to express my thoughts, but one digit was missing from the code on the receipt so I could not gain access. I was the only customer in the drive through and the parking lot was near empty, not sure why they would choose to take no pride in their food. I know it’s not a career, but if you hate your customers this much, find something non food related.

When I went to get my lunch, the lady was really giving me an attitude, and the food was burnt. I asked if they put sugar in my bag, and she said yes, I checked, and there was no sugar i back for cream and sugar. They gave me large fries and a large coke that i did not ask for. It was pretty bad compared to other times we have been here. I know it’s a hard job but please attend people the way you do.

I drove 7 hours to try and enjoy it while I was in town.
I had the employee read my order back and confirm it 3 times.
Everything was wrong the fries were old and cold the tacos were cold, and After asking FOR NO LETTUCE. .. They still Put it on there…
After I requested many times and paid for sour dough I did not get it.
Was already on the 7 hour trip home when I discovered everything was wrong.

Worst jack in the box ever the girl was rude. The food was nasty seem like it was thrown in the bag. The drink had so much ice i didn’t even get a 16 ounce bottle out of it. Curly fry were hard i gave the food away waisted 25 dollars and bought McDonald’s which tasted so much better. I dont recommend this place. If I was the manager I would fire the whole crew tonight. Monday 9/15 @ 10pm I suggest yall do something about this is will bash this jack everyday im so upset.. believe me I will be there in the morning to talk to the manager. Shame my wife couldn’t get her meal while inside the hospital

This is the worst Jack N The Box I’ve ever been to. The food was bad due to old grease, the trash was overflowing with no customers, the lobby was dirty, they had 4 employees working and they spent the entire time loudly cursing and yelling at each other. Never again
