The food is well, McDonald’s food. It’s never going to win any awards for health or freshness.

I brought my kids here as a novelty dinner; we usually go maybe twice a year as a treat since they enjoy it.

We ordered inside using the self-service screen and barely saw an employee the entire time we waited.

The front counter looked like a ghost town, empty registers, empty pickup shelves, and no sense of energy or hospitality.

Another customer came in while we were there and stood at the counter for quite a while, insisting he doesn’t use the self-order kiosks.

Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was very dirty. Trash and old food littered the floor and tables, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

To top it off, the prices were surprisingly high for what’s supposed to be a cheap, convenient meal. Definitely not the experience it used to be.

The bathroom smelled SO nasty! Like someone died in there…everything is dirty…I walked into the dining room and everything is sticky and there is trash and old food all over the floor and tables and chairs….this is the most embarrassing McDonald’s I’ve ever been to…not to mention the service was awful I was standing at the counter for 5 mins while 6 different people looked at me and ignored me we didn’t even know our McFlurry came out and was half melted…the food was ok could have been hotter

Ordered online app. Long wait time. Not sure if my food was even ready as the guy (worker) kept staring at the register screen like he didn’t know how to push a button. I was trying to make sense of it and felt he was messing with me. To give me bad service just to give me bad service intentionally. Very rude. Not pleasant at all, just handed my cold food bag to me not saying a word before giving me a dagger while he closed the drive thru window. Soon after I ate my cold meal I had the diarrhea. Won’t be going back!!!

Worst experience ever. One person making food. 45 minutes for inside dining. Kid kept complaining which I get. No manager in sight. Fire that person. Watch the video. My order was 1696. 5:28 pm 12-4-25.

Ran out of pies, didn’t tell me until the pick up window and then proceeded to have nothing to offer other then lemonade or frappes. The workers in the windows were fine; all I could hear was the back kitchen yelling at the poor window guy who had nothing to do it. Crappy management.

The only thing you need to earn 5 stars is to reheat the frozen food and put it in the bag. If you don’t put it in the bag, then you’re stealing from us. Why isn’t there a class action lawsuit? I’ve never gone to this locations and gotten everything I ordered. Something that is paid for is missed 100% of the time.
