Ordered through the app just before midnight, drove up to pick up and nobody answered the speaker. Drove up to the window and there were people mopping, machines off and clearly closing. Told me that they never received the order and that I would have to return in the morning for a refund.

NEVER met anyone so rude. We were friendly and trying to lighten up the mood, after already being greeted poorly. Got the window slammed in our faces. Customer service is so so sad, especially when we tip through the drive through. KS #13 whatever that means, I hope your day gets better, cause jeesh, you are one miserable individual. Just your typical McDonald’s reason for the two stars it’s one of the locations that have an accurate lobby hours advertised as open until 11 o’clock 10 o’clock lobby is closed. You guys got to be better about keeping your hours accurate. As a truck driver, I can’t go through the drive-through so it’s an inconvenience.

if I could give no stars I would, I literally left a little over an hour ago, I only ate half a mcchicken, two nuggets, and a few fries. 20 minutes later I was violently vomiting into a plastic bag with the worst stomach pain I’ve had in a very long time. not sure if it was all the grease or what, but I feel incredibly nauseous and ill right now. Absolutely horrible service 20 min wait. Talked to manager and she gave complete attitude and said they were short handed. She never looked over till I had to speak up yo even get butter and syrup for my kids pancakes. Everyone b4 us had to do the same. They only cared about drive thru.

I went here at 11 pm tonight and ordered a number 8, opened it to take out the tomatoes and found no chicken inside at all. There was one, very young looking boy trying to keep up with the drive through on his own and two other boys in the background yelling at each other. I don’t expect perfection but this is horrendous.
