I stop at this McDonald’s often — always quick, friendly, and consistent! Today I checked the app to compare calories between a small mocha frappe (420 cal) and an ice cream cone (200 cal). I chose the cone, but they were out of ice cream, so I switched to the frappe with light chocolate drizzle — and it came out perfectly!
Everything was great, and the staff handled it with kindness.
Suggestion: I wish the app would update calorie counts automatically when I customize an order (like removing whipped cream or drizzle). That would make tracking even easier!

Did a kiosk order. Took like maybe a whole 5 minutes and for me to raise my voice alightly for someone to finally realize I was waiting at the counter to pay for my food. After that, process was pretty fast & none of my food was missing. So that was a plus. Staff are really nice from what I’ve seen.

How incompetent do you have to be?
1. I read the order first. Perfect ✅ (1st pic)
2. I lifted bread. It looks good to me! ✅ (second picture but before I bit it)
3. Takes bite and immediately tastes onion. ❌
4. Lifts between patties….. FN ONIONS… ❌❌❌ ♀️

I’ve never had a McDonalds serve a good, plain Cheeseburger (I know I’m weird) consistently except this location. It’s always clean too! Great job as a former fast food employee this is somewhere I’d want to work!

Food is usually hot enough to not bring back, person at the first window in the drive thru is usually nice, the person in the second window in the drive thru in the evening on weekdays is ALWAYS rude. Never an exception, she’s mean every. single. time. Management definitely needs to have a word with her about her raunchy attitude toward their paying customers.

Stop saying you’re open for 24hrs if you close for an hour to switch to breakfast. I get it, but then your open 23hrs not 24. Also (and this is something I’ve had happen at multiple locations) if you can’t take order SHUT OFF THE MOBILE ORDERING because again totally fine you need to close for an hour to switch to breakfast, but now because you advertise you’re open 24hrs and allow mobile ordering I ordered and wasted a trip driving to a store just to have it be closed….

I pulled up to the window and the employee was very kind. I ordered 2 large fries and a mchicken, he let me know the fries may take a little longer (good customer service) It didn’t take long at all and when I got my food it was hot n delicious!, and he even asked if I wanted any sauce 🙂 went here at 3am the night/morning crew know what they doing.

Mobile app is turning into a scam, just used $3 off code and didn’t get the discount. Not the first time this happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Update Apparently if you purchase a meal with a so called lowered price make the discount invalid. Keep that in mind people. Read the fine print. And of course a large fry is usually just a large fry box with the same amount of fries as a medium.
