Advocate for the people and quit bleeding people’s wallets dry for the most basic of American fast food there is. The app is quite literally garbage now they won’t let you add deals and rewards together on the same order even though you earned the rewards and should be entitled to use it regardless of other deals. And now you can’t change the deal for 15 minutes after adding it to your basket? Nope. Only started going to McDonald’s for the price after years of not eating at a single location, I can and will wait until you put the customer first rather than the corporate coffers. ($20 for 4 breakfast sandwiches is an absolute joke)

The food has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. The fries tasted so old I had to spit them out and the MC flurry had to be at least half m&Ms so it was so bad.
The woman at the drive through didn’t even look at us or say a word. So when some of our food was missing we had to just sit there until she tried to hand us the next car’s food.

The tables were dirty. The food I ordered not only didn’t look appetizing, but it was missing one of the main ingredients (the crispy onion straws). The play area was falling apart – a child literally came out to the dining area with a piece from the structure in their hands.

Nothing good to say about this place except for the food. This is one of the new modern McDs…fireplace and ordering kiosks. All kiosks were broken. Two registers going, though…one was cash only, and announced after people start to queue up. Two ketchup pumps, both out…it was 1pm on a Sunday. Soda spill near trash, partially cleaned. Worker attempting to wash tables, sprayed all, missed two completely with wiping so puddles just sat until they dried. All around the service was ridiculous. McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Dont need a fireplace and tile backsplashes. We need the ability to order food and eat it with the correct condiments and without dirty floors and tables. Back to the basics, come on…

Kiosk has you order & put a table code in. I believe the table code should be entered first as I had to start my order again when we had no code in front of us. Also, do not leave happy meal toys or valuables near play area. My daughter & I went to the restroom. Someone actually took her happy meal toy right off the tray when we left it there! ♀️

I came here 01/05/26 and order 2 cheeseburgers appox 30 mins after eating here i been throwing up nonstop and it taste like disgusting onion this is a serious issue to order food and then be sick to the point it hurting your stomach i wanna speak to someone asap
