Stopped by this McDonald’s on North Street for a quick bite. Food was fresh and prepared as expected, and the location is convenient. Service was fairly quick, though it can get busy at times. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Overall, a solid stop if you’re looking for a fast and familiar meal in Hyannis.

I order here often as its close and cheap for what I want when using the app. Most of the time one guy is running the 2nd window and gets me my order one way or the other, thats not my issue here. First off the food is not worth the price anymore, I get the 2 for $5 mc chicken deal as its a good bit of food and I enjoy them from time to time but if your getting a meal or anything besides one of the “meal deals” its so overpriced you would be better off going to a local restaurant. My main issue here is that I love their mocha frappes and I normally order through the app so I can get the points and dont have to order when I get there. Tonight was the 3rd time that when I arrived they told me they couldn’t make the frappe. I was furious as the last 2 times this happened they told me to go through the app to request a refund for it and I never was able to get a refund. I was told for the 3rd time tonight that because I didnt receive the order yet that I could remove it from the app, along with asking for a manager and being told this guy was one, but both of those statements are simply a lie. Once you arrive at the location with your phone it automatically submits the order and you are unable to change anything. Not only that the support for the app is horrible, no way to talk to someone, and when you do (not even sure if it was a person or ai) they tell you you received your order and they cant submit a refund for the frappe that you never received. Mind you a large frappe is almost $7 so this is the 3rd time now that I couldn’t get what I payed for for absolutely no explainable reason, just “we cant make them right now” and, I cant get refunded for the purchase. This is straight fraud and deceptive, I would think from a company as large as McDonald’s they would know better, but I guess not.

This is a 3 dollar hamburger… I… don’t think I’m even eating food anymore. McDonald’s is a terrible corporate shell of its former self. Save your money. Go to five guys. The people seemed nice enough when I asked for Mac sauce it’s a dollar extra? Per burger?! I’m shook McDonald’s I’m shook.

McDonald’s in general is too expensive. A large fry alone is like $5 – $6, The company needs to come back to Earth. This McDonald’s is a small it just was recently redone and remodeled. It’s busy cuz it’s in Hyannis. They do a decent job on food accuracy and have the double drove thru lane. The problem is the corporation itself. It’s not like they have newer and better stuff it’s same old and the price is have skyrocketed. It’s ridiculous. It’s as much as going to a pizza place now

This place is horrible.. I seen a couple of workers come out the bathroom without washing their hands and continue to make customers food. My daughter father got so sick we ended up in the hospital for a week because of the poor hygiene here… this place needs boarder health inspectors, shut down and new workers

Unfortunately, my experience at this fast food restaurant was extremely negative. Despite the sign on the door stating that the place closes at 10 PM, I arrived around 9:30 PM and the restaurant was already closed. There were employees inside, but they simply ignored my presence, not opening the door or making any visual contact. This happened on several occasions, always before the announced closing time. Additionally, the drive-thru service is limited to cars, making it impossible to place an order on foot. This is not only inconvenient but also dangerous, as you end up standing in a roadway where you shouldn’t be. A disappointing experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

Honestly, that is the better McDonald’s in Hyannis.
As every another McDonald’s in Hyannis taking forever for your order to came out, but at least this one give you everything that you ordered.
Definitely better customer service than the next one.
Food is the same. McDonald’s breakfast sandwich is delicious no matter where you have it.
Big minus on this location is all the homeless people that pretty much “leave” in and around the McDonald’s.
We have breakfast with the same guy who sleeps in the corner every time we visit.
Bathrooms have a fancy locker. You need to ask for a coin to use it … you can guess why.
Overall, it’s ok.

Ordered 2 double hamburgers, value menu has 2 double cheese buy 1 get 1 for a dollar, was charged a higher price even though I didn’t want cheese and they still put cheese on it. I usually ask to have my #1 made fresh and I wait on the side, and this is the only store that gets it done right every time. I have to say they are attentive, friendly and hard workers. Today Alexandre Focas was extremely politely taking my order and even asked if I wanted extra napkins, ketcup or mayo. That is a service that sometimes we don’t receive at a high-end restaurant in Boston. Great job!!!
