It took them 10 minutes to bring us 2 fries and found out that they put it in wrong. They gave us a Dr. Pepper when we ordered a Coke. They did not give us any of our sauces and then wanted to give us 2 sauces (in total) for a 20 piece and ten piece mcnuggets. We also saw one employee get fries for an order without gloves.

This is the worst McDonald’s. The drive-through will take one order at a time, have the person drive up and get their meal before they’ll take the next order. That is not fast food. They often mess up the orders as well. We have given up on this one and go to North Street instead. This McDonald’s will go out of business if they don’t step up their game. People go to fast food to get their food fast not to sit in the drive-through waiting to place an order for 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes before they get it.

Ordered through the drive about 5 minutes ago. The woman on the intercom was rude and impatient. She barked “Is that it!” after literally every word I said. I ended up getting so flustered I screwed up my children’s due to her poor treatment. What a horrible employee, no human should treat another human that way!

I wad on vacation, and my family went there to eat before heading home and the service was absolutely terrible. There was all very young kids that didn’t know what they were doing. Half my food got ready and we stood there waiting for the rest. I had to ask someone what the hold up was and told them my fries were getting cold. I had ordered 3 meals and an extra fries and they never rang up the extra fries then argued with me . They gave us the wrong soda and we had to go back up and ask for our dipping sauces for our nuggets and they only wanted to give us 2 for 30 nuggets. My son also had a problem with not getting things and having to ask and waited 20 minutes for his food. While we were there several other customers both inside the restaurant and in the drive thru were having issues with their orders. This is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. It is unacceptable and really poor customer service.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The manager has a horrible demeanor she should not be working with the public. This was my 2nd time here and I should 9f never came back after the 1st horrible service we received but I figured everyone has a bad day I’ll go again. BIGGGG MISTAKE!! The service was HORRIBLE they messed up our whole order then when I went back to tell them she wanted me to pay again. When it was their mistake. Please get rid of this horrible lady. AND CLEAN UP THIS DIRTY PLACE.

Update from march 2023 The worst ever McDonald’s i am taking my stars back…. Honestly, it’s not the best McDonald’s. They always mix up my orders . Drive true is moving in slow motion … food is ok. I wish they had the same sandwiches as down in Florida (update they actually have them, but they do know that. When i order inside on the touch screen, they even have new ones that i have never seen before. However, they do not know how to make them) They make great iced coffee.

The food is, well, McDonald’s. Though I did, for the first time ever with any McDonald’s, an uncooked fry. Service was friendly. Outside trash cans needed to be emptied. Seagulls seemed satisfied. Building looks like a Borg rectangle. Only McDonald’s sign that I know of that says “Billions and..” is in Newington, NH.
