I ordered a spicy chicken burger and somehow got a bun with absolutely no chicken inside. Just bread. That’s it. I checked my bag, saw everything was wrapped, and trusted that the order was correct, which was clearly a mistake.
This was honestly the worst drive-through experience I’ve had. If you’re going here, check every single item before you leave because apparently quality control doesn’t exist. Paying for a chicken burger and getting just a bun is beyond unacceptable. Really disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.

I went here on 03/06/26 I order an arch burger a fry and a strawberry and shamrock shake I saw my order when I got to the first window the cashier was so polite and read my order back to me when I got to the second window I was handed 2 shamrock shakes I said this is not my order the kid at the window started screaming at me. So I stayed there until he changed it he told me that I was wrong he said check the receipt I told him to check it he threw the receipt at me and did not look at it just for the receipt to say a small strawberry and small shamrock he remade it with the worst attitude and instead of apologizing he was even more rude .

Many years of being a customer of this location, i had such of bad experience today! Waiting at the window a girl handled me a happy meal which i said that i didnt order that, she asked for my receipt which i gave to her after a long wait she handled me the bag and she was all over the place, started making my frappe and stopped to tell another one about my order i parked checked my bag and I was missing my two orders of chicken nuggets! Went inside and spoke to a guy who replaced them but she kept yelling that she gave them to me with an attitude! This girl has no customer service and barely speaks english! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Terrible drive-thru customer service. Every Sunday, the same Spanish-speaking lady is working, and she consistently treats customers poorly. I don’t appreciate being greeted with “What you want?” and “Anything else?” in a rude tone. It makes the ordering experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Today I ended up canceling my order because of how disrespectful she was. Her customer service skills are extremely unprofessional

While waiting for my coffee at this location and another customer had an issue with his cup there was a hole in the side of it while he was asking for a new cup. He was having a hard time communicating with the employees because they spoke hardly any English if you’re working in a fast food restaurant, you should be required to speak some English to be able to communicate with customers. He had to repeat himself five times before I stepped in and said something.

It’s amazing how mnay times I have ordered coffee from this restaurant on uber and received a coke. The receipt they staple on the bag says coffee. Mistakes happen but clearly at this store they are not paying attention to detail.

We stop in for a quick snack. The place is clean and the staff waa nice and helpful. Fries were warm they took them back and replaced them with hot fries. Get the app for more deals and save money. There is a drive thru but the enterior decorations are so awesome you’d want to just sit down and enjoy the view while you enjoy your food.
