One of the worst McDonald’s ever. They can’t speak or understand English. They r never hiring but everytime you go there it’s someone new who can’t understand anything. I get the same thing all the time they repeat the order and still get it wrong. I pay my money to get what I want not what they choose to give me.

First let me state how much attitude was given by some of the crew members that are working this early afternoon you might want to give them more training on how to speak to the customers and how to take an order correctly! I ordered a cheeseburger with (no pickles) for my granddaughter who is allergic to pickles and when I got home this is what I was given are you kidding me it’s not even a cheeseburger it’s a chicken sandwich with all the toppings that go on a cheeseburger that’s just ridiculous! Also ordered: Big Mac Meal / Quarter Pounder Meal Nugget & Fries

Was full when I got in. I kindly showed my order to the employer and they didnt respond. The 5 min later I showed the manager and she didnt say anything. The whole line that was there got their order before me including incoming door dasheres.
I asked about my order 2x and no one acknowledged me. Gave me my order w.o. saying sorry for the wait.
Employers and managers are very rude specifically to black customers and in a predominantly black residential area this isnt acceptable.
All it takes is acknowledgement and accountability and you get neither here.

I purchased a Chicken Sandwich from this location and it arrived via DoorDash. It was straight up raw. I assume McDonalds is supposed to have quality control, but this is a WILD oversight that could make someone seriously ill or worse. Never ordering from this location again.

MY SON ATE INTO A BURGER AND IT WAS COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED YOU CAN SEE THE REDDISH BLOOD COMING OUT OF THE BURGER AND CHICKEN SANDWICHES BE SLIMY INSIDE !! MAKE SURE YALL CHECK YALL BURGERS BEFORE LEAVING. It doesnt look too pink with the flash but in person it is completely pink. I asked for my money back and they want to start talking in spanish like i dont understand so I started rashing in spanish right back at them and they were shocked.
