I’m not sure if they are training a handful of new people or if they don’t have management, but the service was a bit rough. The kid at the register couldn’t understand that we were asking for a kids’ meal with chicken nuggets, so he only rang in a 6 piece nugget. He had an airpod in both ears, so we aren’t sure if that’s why he couldn’t understand us. We ended up going through the drive-through right after to order fries. After paying, we sat at the second window for about 10 minutes while we watched 3 employees help the kid at the front register, and the other employee wandered around stocking sweet and sour sauce. Eventually, someone came up to the window to ask us what we ordered because they were unsure. The fries were hot and tasty but not worth the hassle.

In conclusion they get 5 stars. Let me break it down. It was exactly what I wanted. They mucked up, and then instantly corrected, the order. I went through the drive thru, the speaker worked, and the ambience is what you expect for a drive thru.

If you have dietary restrictions of any kind, you will not be taken seriously by this McDonald’s. Apparently my burger assembler today was a comedian and add an extra pickles instead of the no pickles as requested.

Wanted to try the new QPC meal, smoked bacon quarter pounder, got 2 of them. Plus bought 4 cookies. They had me wait 7 minutes by driving up to the left, no problem, couldn’t wait to get a fresh made as you order burgers. When I got back to eat my QPC and my friends was old quarter pounder burgers, dry as can be, no bacon, lettuce or tomatoes. Paid 20 Plus dollars for both meals, plus cookies weren’t in bag. How can you have people wait for fresh cooked burgers smoked with bacon and it’s all wrong, plus cookies missing completely. The franchise owner won’t do Jack for anyone. Us business owners and workers know him and he could care less. Get people who work drive thru who speak English, pay people to do so and your everyday customers won’t be so upset. So many people have stopped going to your establishment, I work for a delivery food service part time and I will tell every customer to stay away from your nasty establishment. The girls are sweet who work there but they’re not trained correctly. Please get back to me, I’ll you face to face how I feel about your place. You should be ashamed of yourself and how you conduct business.
