I had a very stressful and frustrating experience with an employee on Wednesday, December 17, around 6am. She was rude, inattentive, and repeatedly refused to give me my order, even though I had already paid. It was honestly unbelievable.
She ignored me and other customers for long periods while laughing and talking in Spanish with coworkers and select customers, instead of doing her job. Very simple requests turned into a drawn-out issue because she would not cooperate.
Multiple customers witnessed how unacceptable the situation was and even suggested contacting the owner, Timothy McCoy, because of how extreme her behavior was.
As a paying customer, being ignored and denied my order is completely unacceptable. This experience was unnecessary, stressful, and handled extremely poorly.

it is clean SO CLEAN
and the parking is it is plentiful it also has 2 drive thrus
There are also these digital order menus Located inside where you can pick what you want yourself yourself and send it right through to the workers

Terrible. They never get my order right. Whether I go there and order or my husband, I inevitably need to return and get them to redo my order. One time I had to have them redo my latte twice. Idk if they’re not reading or if the people completing the order don’t know how to make a latte so they just give you whatever they want… idk. Not only do they not know how to make a latte, they hardly ever get my sandwich order correct… It’s a mess. I hardly ever go to McDonald’s anymore because….I think we all know why we shouldn’t eat at McDonald’s, but if and when I do, this specific place reminds me why I should stop eating at one altogether.

Quality goes a long way. If a customer requests hot and fresh food, that’s what the customer should receive, especially after communicating that I don’t mind waiting. Unfortunately, staff at this location thought they’d “play smart” — seems they took already prepared fries and fish filet and dropped them back in the grease for a moment. Absolutely disgusting! Absolutely a waste of my money! Extremely unnecessary! Not appropriate, even by the McDonalds Corporation standard. I had already left the restaurant prior to seeing what I received or I would have given it back. I don’t want anything from this location other than for them to provide a quality experience for all customers and honor requests!

Great coffee but the message of how you want it gets lost sometime when your @ the pick-up window. We all make mistakes but its happened quite a few times. I still gave it a five cuz McDonalds is my kind of place.
