The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We stood in line for almost 25 minutes and then the woman at the counter decided to stop doing her job and said they were no longer taking orders…only orders through the kiosk. I get you don’t want to work…believe me I don’t always want to work but stop being lazy or get another job where you can stand around looking lost. These are the poster children for AI to take over.

I went to McDonald’s on 8/31 with my son, I placed a mobile order which is intended for skipping the line and getting your order fast then having to wait in line, I noticed my meal was sitting at counter and it didn’t have fries in it, I saw the manager (who was very rude by the way) add fries to two other people’s orders and gave them their order and those people order at the counter wayyyy after I placed my order. When I brought it to the managers attention he gave me an attitude and told me I should of told him I was there – negative I do not need to inform him I was there he was supposed to have my order ready at the counter seeing that is the reason for mobile order. He had the nerve to be upset with me over it and then proceed to tell me I ordered a Diet Coke when I know for a fact I did not he stated he did not have regular coke to I asked for a Sprite instead he told me no I can not have a sprite I needed to take the Diet Coke which I do not drink and when I asked the lady at the register to replace it with a sprite she as well proceed to tell me no! Which was ridiculous I paid my money I should get what I want and if it’s not available I should be entitled to a refund or replaced I GOT NEITHER! This is incompetence and ignorance. Do better

Slow service (only 1 person prepares food in the kitchen), does not make meals the right ways customers wanted, no-self service for drinks, too much ice put in cups, not enough seats to eat on weekends in this mall.

McDonald’s in the Natick mall at 08/09/2025 Saturday 11.30 am had no type of hamburgers for sale. How does a McDonald’s have no hamburgers? Across the street got real burger at smachburger a burger joint that actually sells hamburgers.

So I usually go to this McDonald’s when I go to the mall and the service is AWFUL. They take forever to get the orders done and I totally understand that there are a lot of people but even with only 2 people in line they will still take FOREVER. So I learned to order on the app instead to give them extra time to do my order but it will still take almost 20-30 minutes for my order to come out. Not only that but I ordered a cheeseburger one time and when I got it, there was no cheese. What type of cheeseburger doesn’t come with cheese? And this isn’t even the first time they do this. Sometimes the workers fool around while there’s only one girl doing like 3 jobs at once. I feel so bad for her. Also there’s one manager that speaks very rudely to her workers in Spanish. I understood everything since I speak Spanish. It was pretty upsetting the way she was talking to them.

UPDATE: I frequently go to this McDonald’s because it is on my way home. I was extremely disappointed with the service today. The woman behind the register was rushing through orders so quickly that I could barely get my entire order in. And even then, she managed to get it wrong. She missed specific add ons to the sandwiches (which I paid for) and added extra items I did not ask for. The sandwiches looked like they were thrown together in haste. And one had so much mayo, that was all you could taste. And, not to seem petty, but, she gave me cash back for the cost of the extra large fries she added to the order but did not reimburse me the taxes I paid nor the add ons. I won’t be returning there. It’s not worth the aggravation.
PAST REVIEW: I used the mobile app for the first time to order here. It was easy to use but would not accept payment. The cashier politely assisted me with the issue and my meal was ready to be picked up immediately after. Everything was fresh and prepared to my specifications. They have a nice friendly staff and quick service.
