The bread was barely edible it was so dry on a $9.00 Lil’ John combo. The restaurant is so noisy we couldn’t carry on a conversation. The food used to be good. We’re not coming back.

I have stopped in many JJ’s over the years, overall I have been satisfied with the service, hence the reason I keep going back.
One thing that Jimmys really does do great is their quick food, by the time I got my change back the lady making my sandwich called my name and handed me my sandwich. These people i here are really nice and I appreciated the speed and quality.
Now when people talk about speed there’s so many things that go into that, one I’ve those Is “they may have made it fast but was it just a mess?” And my answer is no, as I ate my sandwich (#12) it was well put together and it hardly fell apart as I ate it.
I felt very confident in this places ability to handle food due to the cleanliness in both look and smell. I wasn’t overwhelmed with a deli smell, the kind that churns your stomach. I was met with a pleasant “we make sandwiches BUT it’s not overwhelming”
If you’ve never been to jimmy johns I would suggest you try it and if you have but haven’t been to this location I’ll say yeah, this is one you should go to.

October 11 2025 Jimmy John’s a place that’s main purpose is to serve lunch is closed from 12-1 for the employees lunch break. I came in to order a sandwich at 12:30. Went to sit down to enjoy and associate said we’re closing for our lunch break so you can’t eat inside. That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. That should be your prime time. Can’t even get a refill now either.

I usually LOVE Jimmy John’s. I made an online order. 2 slim Jim’s. 2 chips. And a drink. Because I was traveling. I was hoping the part of the app that “tracks” would have told me when it was actually ready. The person working there today said “I don’t have any control over that”. That’s funny. Cuz the app tells me while you are “working” on my order. One slim Jim looked great. The other. Pretty pitiful. I asked for them to be cut in half. Guess he didn’t have control over that either. And even though early this year. I was able to get grey poupon. Apparently now they don’t carry that anymore. Thanks Jimmy John’s guy for not knowing ANYTHING.

It’s not Subway. I was told by family I trust that this restaurant was leagues better than subway. The sandwich was packed with ingredients but no flavor.

The employees were super friendly .
Even when I ordered a little differently than everyone else.
One very helpful employee even helped me to locate a sleep spot for the night , to park my van for the night.
