Let me tell you this place is a joke eat here if you want, I got cold old food delivered. I tried to call in to just simply complain and get some answers why I’m wasting 50 bucks nothing, manager just put me on hold and hung up i called like 14 times because I’m petty and still think this is actually funny. Then I called the next day and tried to get the managers name nothing same unprofessional lazy fast-food behavior. This isn’t a big deal but if I feel cheated as paying customer, I just want to complain so it can be better next time, but I can’t do that so forget it. Imagine not being able to request to know who’s in charge of the making the food that made you a little sick cold old food isn’t good guys how about you try it yeah, I’m just going to not eat from here ever again.

One of the better McDonald’s that I’ve been too. Very clean and efficient and the staff are professional. I had a staff member come and make sure my table was clean. Restaurant service from a fast food joint. Well done.

Place used to be a decent McDonald’s. Now they constantly mess up orders (which would be fine if they were willing to fix their mistales without harrassing you and I’m not exactly a fan of how they talk about me when they don’t think anyone else knows Spanish. I know enough to know to be offended but in the age of AI everyone speaks Spanish. So even if they don’t speak it, you still shouldn’t talk about them like they aren’t there . Unfortunately I didn’t need AI to understand what was being said. While I won’t call myself proficient anymore, but I worked construction having to communicate and give instructions and explanations in Spanish for a long time ♂️

My husband and I come here almost daily, and each time he orders the same burger and they mess it up horrendously. Even after bringing it back twice. Each time, he orders no ketchup or Mayo, and each time, literally without fail, it is COVERED in ketchup or Mayo. It is less work to make his order because he always skips two whole condiments. You are doing more work by covering it in so much ketchup and Mayo when there should be none. We’ve tried everything, ordering in person, drive thru, mobile app, all of that. I do not think we will come here anymore, so much wasted time trying to fix and fix the same burger that’s ordered each time. It is especially frustrating when it says the correct thing on the ticket, but then comes completely messed up.

This is the first McDonald’s in a while to take my kids and the video games work. It was a very clean play area everything was in working condition. Restroom in the play area was clean and very convenient for parents. I ordered thu the app and food was brought in a timely matter.

Awful! Stopped around 930pm last night and ordered 3 meals. The Big Mac was only lettuce and burgers. No cheese, pickles or sauce and stale buns. The two cheeseburgers were so old, they were not edible. The buns crunched like a crouton. They also forgot to give us straws for the drinks and the McFlurry. Went back to ask for new burgers, the ice cream and straws and the people were very rude. They couldn’t figure out why we didn’t want the burgers that were obviously old stale and missing ingredients. Finally someone told the “cook”, can you make some fresh burgers. They don’t want these. After waiting a while, they came back up front and asked what I wanted. I said I never got my food or McFlurry and was still waiting. The woman finally grabbed our McFlurry that was still sitting and the drive-thru window and literally tossed a bag with the burgers at us. And said “Here. You’re all set now”. Unreal. Even my 10 year old was laughing at how rude they were. Should have known better than to go at that time of night. That food prep and service is way too typical now.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. I come here daily for just about daily and I order the same thing, a deluxe cheeseburger no ketchup. And on a daily basis they cannot get my order correct. Good thing Cain’s opened up next door I think I’ll just go eat there where they can get my order correct.

Employees are friendly. Service is fast. Parking is tricky now that Raising Cain’s is now open. PLAYLAND IS OPEN! One of the last Playland I’ve seen open in MA.

The slowest service imaginable. Newly renovated with all the new bells and whistles: table service food deliveries, ordering kiosks. All stupid because the food comes out at the same pace, slow. Waited over 10min for a hamburger. No apologies. Went in at 130pm on a sunday. About 4 customers in restaurant, total.
