Manager was rude and couldn’t even get anyone to help me. I couldn’t figure out how to use the kiosk. I told them that and they told me I don’t know what to tell you. You’re going to have to wait. So I waited. 25 minutes later I got someone to come up and ask me “what I want?” I asked to speak to the manager a lady came up and told me if I don’t like it I can go to Burger King. I left with no purchase and just a waste of time

Terrible service I would’ve recommended this place to my worst enemy. I saw a man collapse and not one worker cared he was bleeding from his head and the workers were laughing not taking it seriously, and didn’t bother to call 911 my friend had to call. The workers were only worried about the orders. I hope that man sues every single one of them and get them all fired.

This McDonald’s on Main Street in Worcester Massachusetts SUPER SUCKS because when I go there to order food they ignore me like I don’t exist. They do that to everyone that goes in there, THEY’LL pass right by you.You can say excuse me I need help and they will ignore you like you’re nothing. The people that goes to this McDonald’s knows exactly what I’m talking about. I hate this place because they do not acknowledge the customers that are walking in, Some have attitudes. I understand that it can get busy but they have to acknowledge the people walking in to buy food they cannot ignore us like they always have done, that needs to change because it sucks how McDonald workers treat customers in there. I’ve never left a review on a place before and I’m really not that picky and I did eat it but I just didn’t eat today and didn’t realize till half way through my burger but it was at the very least VERYYYY medium rare, honestly it was raw. The picture makes it look less red than it was to be honest. And there was a bright blue hair in my fries. And the place is really messy with trash all over the ground. But the staff was nice enough, though the woman thought I was a woman when I tried to ask for the bathroom key and she looked me up and down but I get it a lot LMAO

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald’s. I was charged $6 for an order I never received, and despite showing proof of the transaction from my bank account, the staff gave me a hard time and refused to issue a refund. I felt completely dismissed and frustrated by how the situation was handled. I expect better customer service from a company of your size and would appreciate a resolution. Walked out in tears with no food in my hand.

This is not the first time I had a very bad experience but it was the last time because as long as this person named Reynaldo, who is the worst, is there, I will never go back to receive his intolerant and unpleasant bad service. This guy has a robust body and long hair, I don’t know how he works in customer service. The last thing that happened was he left me waiting for 15 minutes and sent the other people ahead of me while I arrived first and the others arrived later. This person does this on purpose to get attention but the worst thing is that he can cause a disaster since not everyone will have the education to just report it and I’m sure that at any moment another person without patience will be provoked by this abuser. In the end, I feel sorry for him because for someone current like him, he must be very unhappy in this life. I hope this abuser is removed as soon as possible for the well-being of that branch on Main St in Worcester, Mass. It should be noted that in the end they never delivered what I ordered and I had to ask for a refund while this person was mocking. You have to be careful with him because he is there provoking the customers. That happened on September 25/2025 between 7 and 8 at night.
