Best fast Italian food ever. The baked chicken alfredo tasted so amazing. I always get a triple chocolate cheesecake because it has such a rich taste. Their pizza tastes great as a side. You can’t go wrong with anything. The staff here is very friendly .

We no longer have Fazoli’s near us so we love eating here when we’re in Indy. However, when we placed our order the girl acted like she wasn’t happy about us being there. My husband placed our order. They brought out everything but my food. After several minutes we realized it hadn’t been added to the order. When we said something all we got was “I’m sorry.” We would have paid for it but they didn’t even offer to do anything about it. It’s a shame because we loved going there.

The staff was rude and totally ignored you when you walked in. Food was nasty. We had to ask for silverware ask for our food that we ordered, ask for our cups all because we had to do our orders at the kiosk because the entire staff ignored you. The manager acted like he had no clue what was going on. The chicken Alfredo was more like chicken noodle soup for me. The cheese sauce was nothing but a watery mess. The customer sitting across from us had the exact same issues.
